In addition to the problems noted in St. Louis, Missouri on election day as linked above; there were reports of problems elsewhere. No reports have been obtained where a list of write in candidates was made available at the polls. People in Jasper, Lawrence, Newton, City of St. Louis, and St. Louis County did not seem to have such available. In Cedar County the list was not posted the Saturday prior to the election, but was made available upon my request.
St. Louis radio was reporting around 3-4 a.m. November 8, 2000 that there were similar problems to St. Louis in Kansas City and numerous African Americans were also turned away from the polls there. This still has not been confirmed nor proven to be untrue.
A Benton County, Missouri voter has stated he saw on TV where numerous African Americans were being confined in a parking lot by law enforcement. He thought that was in St. Louis, however, the TV stations he watches are Kansas City and Springfield. Marvalene Pankey was not aware of any parking lot crowd of people at the City of St. Louis police state.
A Jasper County voter reported November 7, 2000 before any of the hoopla began over ballot problems in Floriday, etc. "All ballots in my precinct had pre-punched #38 & #95. There was no #38 on ballot, but 95 was Natural Party for Representative. I complained. They showed me that ALL the ballots were that way. They said there was absolutely NO WRITE INS for ANY OFFICE!? Finally, I noticed that most holes were above the numbers, and #95, the pre-punched hole was below the 95, at the bottom of the ballot. Also, all the holes were preforated so much, that rubbing your hand over could damage it. In fact I did! So caused an uproar when I asked for a new ballot because there were too many holes in mine!"
Report from a Monett precinct where an elderly lady exploded over her punch card ballot and yelled, "How do I punch this thing so I can be sure I am not voting for Gore?"
Lawrence County voters commented they were surprised to actually see locks on at least some of the ballot boxes and having to actually put the ballot in the box themselves, however, there also appeared to be more of a numbering system that voters felt could mean their county clerk, who was recently sent to Kosovo by the United Nations to monitor the elections in spite of his record of more election corruption than had been revealed in most places of the USA prior to the 2000 election, could figure out how each voted.
A Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine reported from Jasper County that Marvalene Pankey's name did not appear on his ballot. He wrote her name in, which of course won't be counted. Reports of that same tactic by the vendors and Mo. Organized Criminal Enterprise were noted by former U.S.Congressman Mel Hancock when the tax limitation issue, Hancock II, was refeated in the 1994 sham election that also brought all the gambling-drug cartel money laundering enterprises to Missouri. In the Hancock II alleged election the entire page with that issue was reported as missing from some ballots. St. Louis has also had problems in the past of having the wrong pages or missing pages in the ballot books. Perhaps being able to leave out names such as Marvalene Pankey is why the ballots were arranged as they were and certainly not arranged according to what Missouri law says they were required to be.
A student at the University of Missouri at Rolla, who voted for Marvalene Pankey in the August primary was denied
voting in the general election. He was told he was not a registered voter.
It is anticipated other reports will be forthcoming regarding Missouri election problems.
