George Washington has been quoted as having described the symbolism of the flag of the United States as "We take the stars from Heaven, the red from our mother country, separating it by white stripes, thus showing we have separated from her, and the white stripes shall go down to posterity representing Liberty." Others have noted the red stripe in our flag as representing valor, zeal, and fervency; white representing hope, purity, cleanliness of life, and recitude of conduct; and blue representing the color of Heaven for reverence to God, loyalty, sincerity, justice, truth.

So what is that yellow fringe we see on most of our flags these days? Flags from the USA to the Missouri and most state flags, to even church flags all seem to end up with yellow fringe or in the least a yellow stitch. Yellow is a symbol of cowardliness, but also symbolic in our nation of the military. Whee, the sheeple, while allowing our ballot box to be stolen so most elections do not matter, have also cowardly permitted our flag to be descecrated, our constitutions declared impractical for the One World Government plans, and our LIBERTIES essentially destroyed under a martial law court system.

Title 4 U.S. Code 1 mandates the only flag that is representative of the republic we live in. The flag is to be red, white, and blue only and does not have yellow anywhere. The American Flag of Peace is the only flag appropriate for courtrooms where a judge has taken an oath or affirmation to support the United States Constitution and the laws of the United States; the only flag appropriate for the offices of public officials who also take an oath or affirmation to support the United States Constitution and the laws of the United States; and the only flag for businesses, private individuals, or churches to display as representative of our republic.

Army Regulations are the only place where yellow frings is permitted to be added to the flag. (Army Regulations No. 260-10 and 840-10) According to Army Regulatioon AR840-10, October 1, 1979, "...the flag is trimmed on three sides with Fringe of Gold, 21/2 inches wide..." That regulation also states, "...such flags are flown indoors, only in military courtrooms."

August 21, 1959, President Eisenhower, in Executive Order Number 10834 stated, "A military flag is a flag that resembles the regular flag of the United States, except that it has a yellow fringe on three sides."

Earlier, March 28, 1924 the 1925 edition of The Adjutant General of the Army report stated, "Ancient custom sanctions the use of fringe on regimental colors and standards, but there seems to be no good reason or precedent for its use on other flags."

However, yellow fringed flags emerged in courts of law in the USA from 1861 on, or approximately the same time the Original 13th Article to the Amendments of the Constitution, mysteriously disappeared from printings of the Constitution. (The Original 13th Article to the Amendment of the United States Constitution was proposed in 1810 and properly ratified at least by 1819, and printed numerous times in printings of the Constitution and laws in many states and other governmental publications. What is now the 13th Article to the Amendments was also printed numerous times as the 14th Article. It seems the switch in the Amendments came about the same time of Lincoln's assassination. In other words, the British effectively recaptured the United States through the power of the lawyers and the courts and other aspects of the republic would never be the same.

The Original 13th Article to the Amendments of our Constitution reads, "If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive or retain any title of nobility or honor, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them." Compare the Original 13th Article to the Amendments to Article I, Section 9, paragraph seven, "No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States; and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state."

During his term in office President Lincoln, a lawyer, brought foreign law to American soil, through commissioning a special code, "The Lieber Instructions" to govern his acts under martial law. The courts of the United States became military proceedings acting in court martial against citizens.

A yellow fringed flag is not the American flag and actually creates a foreign state. The court sitting with a yellow fringed flag has declared the Constitution obsolete or impractical and replaced it with military, martial law.

When the Constitution of the United States is surrendered to a foreign power a breach of contract, of the oath or affirmation, to the Constitution of the United States occurs. The person or entity permitting such is guilty of federal criminal charges of perjury of oath, constructive treason, false swearing, and contempt of the Constitution of the USA.

Title 4 USC 1, Section 3 makes it a crime to mutilate or desecrate the American Flag of Peace. Title 36, Chapter 10, Section 176 (g) requires that the flag shall never have placed upon it nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature. But, of course, a cannibal does not consume itself therefore the court system will not enforce any laws regarding the adding of yellow to our flag.
