Hanmyo
Like many others in the Outlaw Star universe, Hanmyo is far more than she appears. Seemingly a young girl, she is in fact one of the deadly assassins known as the Anten Seven. With Her partners, the two cats Kemi and Mata, she is a deadly combatant during grappler combat. With each cat controlling an independently mobile grappler ship, lesser pilots are easily overwhelmed by the barrage of coordinated attacks.
When Hanmyo met Jim Hawking it seemed to be love at first sight, sadly, only days later they would unwittingly end up in mortal combat and it would be Jim's strategy that destroyed her ship and killed her. He never learned that it was he who killed his first love, thinking that she must have left without saying goodbye ... a tragic end, indeed.
