Norwegian America Line
For all those who are interested in this subject I can inform that
the books published by Norsk Sjøfartsmuseum (The Norwegian Maritime
Museum) are still for sale there. There are two different books, one in
Norwegian "Amerikabåtene" by Koltveit and one written in English "The
Norwegian America Line" by Pedersen and Hawk.

The first one can be bought from the museum for the price of about $10,
and the English one can be bought for about $12.
Postage should not be more than between $3 and $7,50. All you have to do
is to write to:

Norsk Sjøfartsmuseum
Bygdøynesveien 37
0286 Oslo
NORWAY

I hope this helps those of you who have been wanting more information
about this proud shipping line which has meant so much in the cultural
exchange between America and "Gamlelandet"
