No. F200500016 Members of the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association.This page is designed to clearly explain our fees for immigration work (UK Visas or British Citizenship Applications) what is covered by our fees and the likely fees payable to the UK Government. In some cases further costs may be incurred by the client. In order to make it easier for you it is possible for you to pay our fees directly and securely using the 'buy now' buttons on this page. To make it more convenient for you to purchase our services we have teamed up with Paypal to enable us to accept all the major types of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, credit or debit cards, UK residents can also pay by Maestro, Switch and Solo Cards. Our prices are as stated below and there is no additional supplement for paying via this service. You do not need to be a member of Paypal to pay with your debit or credit card. We do not receive your personal details or card numbers, we merely get a notification from the credit card company that a payment of £xxx has been sent to us by xxx for the service specified and your contact E-mail address. You retain your full rights as if you were paying for the service in person using your card and your credit card company indemnifies you against any mistakes. All transactions are fully encrypted by your credit card company and guaranteed secure by them. When you click on the Buy Now buttons below you will be transferred to the credit card company who will ask for the usual details and forward you a confirmation of the transaction. All amounts are billed to your account in £Sterling and if you are normally invoiced by the credit card company in a different currency they fix the exchange rate and we have no control over this. In addition to our service fee there is a seperate fee to be paid directly to the British Embassy at the time of submission of the visa application, please see below for details. In settlement visa cases and all others requesting over six months stay in the UK a seperate TB testing fee is payable in Bangkok. All applicants must attend the visa application centre in Bangkok to have their photograph and figerprints taken and we cannot include travelling expenses in our fees as we obviously have applicants from all over Thailand. APPLICATIONS FOR UK VISAS As a tourist, Family Visitor, Student and Non-Settlement categories £327.00. In Thailand the fee is Baht 18,000 payable locally. Fee includes all our disbursements. UK SETTLEMENT VISA APLICATIONS for husbands, wives, fiancees, children, proposed Civil Partners and unmarried partners of British Citizens. EEA/EU Applications. Inclusive of all our disbursements. £490.00. In Thailand the fee is Baht 27,000 payable locally. The Client and/or Visa applicant is responsible for paying all costs in obtaining the required documentation in support of a visa application are available to be submitted to the British Embassy. Should the services of a translator be required for visas other than for Thai nationals the Client and/or Visa applicant must accept responsibility for the payment of the translator’s services. There is no charge for arranging to have a Thai translator at the interview in the British Embassy in Bangkok. We deal with all of the visa applications listed in the table below. We will commence work on your visa application as soon as we receive your payment in full and we would draw your attention to our terms of business which are displayed in full on our website and copies of which are available on request. We deal with your visa application and advise you every step of the way right up to the decision by the Entry Clearance Officer at the Embassy. Please Note: We do not accept money on behalf of a client to pay the Government fees, clients must arrange to pay the fees directly to the Embassy or Home Office. British Embassies will generally accept payment in the local currency only. The exchange rate used by the Embassies is periodically reviewed and well may not be in line with the commercial exchange rate. We will advise you of the total amount required in the currency concerned. Below is a list of the current visa fees payable expressed in £ Sterling as a guide only as they are normally payable in local currency. Tourist Visas: Visit (standard)up to 6 months £67.00 Other Visas: Student £145.00 Marriage (i.e. Fiance(e)s) £585.00 Married partner or child settlement £585.00 • Dependants are charged the same fee as that paid by the main applicant with whom their application is connected. All dependants who are travelling must pay the appropriate fee whether or not they are included in the main applicant's passport. • Fees are usually payable in local currency and are subject to periodic review. • They are charged to cover the cost of processing an application. • If an application is refused, the fee is not refundable. Further Leave To Remain in the UK our service fee is £175.00 the Home Office fee is £465.00 by post or £665.00 in person plus £50 for each dependanr in both cases. Indefinite Leave To Remain in the UK. Our service fee is £175.00. The Home Office fee is £820.00 by post or £1020.00 in person plus £50 for each dependant in both cases. British Citizenship applications our fee is £175.00 and the Home Office fee is £720.00 by post only each depedant under 18 is charged an extra £50.00. Personal Consultations may be booked at our Epsom office. Our fee is £50.00 per hour.   |
