Talk to the guy in Viridien City. Watch him catch a weedle. fly to Cinnabar Island and surf up and down the east coast(or right side). You will see a pokemon called MissingNo or "M". They look the same, have the same stats, but have different cries. They both look like giant fingers, have a high attack but low deffense. Be warned though catching them will screw up your game so unless you are experimenting with the game, DO NOT CATCH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They will mess up your game. If you want to duplicate items, before you fly to Cinnabar, switch your 6 item to the item you want duplicated.
If you want to see high lv. pokemon, have your strongest pokemon on top and then SAVE THE GAME!!!!! THEY HAVE VERY HIGH LEVELS, WELL OVER LEVEL 100!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have seen a Ponyta, Rapidash, Snorlax, and Golbats. They were lv. 163, 168, 143, and 128. One kid saw a Bulbasaur and Charmealeon. One kid saw a MEW2! Sometimes you can find a MEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*@Fight Safari Zone Pokemon
Go to the area of the Safari Zone that you want to fight pokemon (e.g. Area 1) Walk around and let the time run out. Fly to Cinnabar and surf up and down the coast. You will see Safari Zone pokemon. This code works for other areas too. Experiment with different areas!!
Diploma
Have 150 pokemon. Go to the Mansion in Celedon City. Talk to the guy who isn't on the computer. He will give you a diploma. In yellow you can print it out.
