| Lance "Lansten" Bass ("Lance") was born May 4, 1979. He lived in Laurel, Mississippi and moved with his family to his present home in Clinton, Mississippi in 1989. He has one older sister, Stacy. Bass...isn't that the perfect name for the "bass" singer in a hot new group! Blonde haired, green eyed Lance, began singing in the chorus in seventh grade and fell in love with being on stage. In eighth grade he auditioned for, and landed a spot in a group called Mississippi Show Stoppers, a state wide group sponsored by the Mississippi Agriculture and Forestry Museum. He has been involved for several years with a competition choir called Attache. Lance, the quietest one of the group, loves to play video games, and not surprisingly, his favorite movie is Mortal Kombat. His favorite color is candy apple red and upon the success of 'N SYNC, Lance has his eye on a Toyota 4-Runner. He loves the music of Boyz II Men and his favorite television shows are Mad About You and Friends. He also loves the Tazmanian Devil and collects anything and everything with Taz on it! Lance says that the best day of his life was when he was called to audition for 'N SYNC. He had heard of JC and Justin from watching MMC, and he was totally surprised when they asked him to come to Orlando. He was the perfect compliment to the group and they feel as if they have known each other forever. They were instantly 'N SYNC! |
