It’s that time of year
Christmas is here
Everybody’s back together again
Spreading the joy
Spreading good cheer
Toasting to another years end
So thankful for all of our friends

Danae smiled as she stood in the entry way of the Chasez livingroom.
Everyone she cared about were inside that room.
"Danae dear don't slouch in the hallway like that, do sit down." Mrs.
Abbracio said with an exasperated sigh as she fondled her perfect pearl
necklace.
Danae's smile evaporated a little. She's not going to appreciate being
told she's soon to a grandmother. Danae thought, she'll probably go and get
something tucked right away.
"I can't believe we all fit." Lynn laughed as little children shook
presents and begged their parents to start opening them.
"Last year seem so much more cramped." Beverly commented as she handed
one of her children a bag of gifts to dispense.
Chris's eyes lit up, "Mom what did you get me?"
Danielle rolled her eyes.
"This Christmas seems so much more christmasy." Diane Bass commented.
Karen smiled, "It's the Maryland winter."
Danae's father sipped his coffee and looked up at his only daughter
standing were she had been moments before, "Danae didn't you hear your
mother?"
Joey jumped up then, "Wait Nae don't move!"
Danae froze like a statue.
JC looked up from his spot on an armchair, "Someone lose a contact."
"Not me." Danae and Justin said at the same time.
Joey smiled and went to stand by Danae, "Nope just going to take
advantage of holiday tradition."
"What?" Danae asked with a laugh.
Joey pointed above their heads.
Danae looked up and smiled, sure enough there was some mistletoe.
"Joe be careful how well you take advantage of this tradition, we don't
want to have JC in the slammer on Christmas." Justin laughed.
Joey just smiled and kissed Danae hard on the mouth.
Laughing they pulled apart.
"That was just a tad bit distasteful." Carolinn Abbracio comment
disdainfully.
Danae frowned and started to open her mouth to give her mother a bit of
her mind when JC stood up and bounded towards her.
"Let's show them how to really take advantage of mistletoe." He grinned
taking her into his arms.
"My lips are at your mercy." Danae breathed across his delectable mouth.
JC brought his mouth down on her passionately, lifting her off the floor.
Danae hooked her hands around his neck and kissed back with abandon.

Lance looked at the destroyed room, wrapping paper everywhere, and
chuckled, "Well at least the kids have something to play with now."
"Speaking of kids." JC whispered to Danae, who was sitting on his lap.
"Hey Nae what did JC get you for Christmas?" Heather asked.
Danae smiled, "I don't know yet."
JC smiled, "Are gifts for each other are at home."
Anthony Abbracio's eggnog froze half-way to his mouth as his wife said
out loud exactly what he was thinking, "Danae Regine Abbracio are you and
Joshua co-habitating?"
Justin, Joey, Chris and Lance all lifted their eyebrows at
"Co-habitating".
The Chasez's bit their lips from the laughter that wanted to surface.
Danae rolled her eyes, "From your word a day calendar mother?"
"Don't speak to your mother that way." Her father warned.
JC interrupted before an argument could occur, "Yes Mrs. Abbracio we are
living together. I spend so much time there and plan on spending more there
that it just seemed logical."
"Logical but immoral." Carolinn muttered.
God what changed them? Danae thought, they used to be friends with Karen
and Roy, they used to be like Karen and Roy. "Since we are on the subject of
JC and I we have something to tell you all." Danae said carefully.
JC wrapped his arms around her tighter and grabbed her hand and gave it a
squeeze.
Tyler smiled, "You two are getting married and plan on starting a family."
"Well you're one for two there buddy." JC said looking for the
anticipated reactions.
"You're getting married?" Chris asked.
Carolinn's face lit up, "Oh Danae dear that's wonderf..."
"We aren't getting married." Danae interjected.
Her mother gave her a confused look as did the others.
JC looked at Danae then at everyone else. "We're having a baby."

Everyone stared at them quietly in their shock.
Chris was the first to speak up, "Johnny already knows I suppose?"
JC nodded.
"I think I'll go check on the kids." Diane said as Beverly and Lynn
followed her, not feeling very comfortable at the moment.
"How far along are you?" Justin asked.
"About four and a half months!" Danae admitted.
JC's family continued to sit, numb.
Joey's mouth dropped, "And you didn't tell us, JC..."
"He's only known for about a month and Johnny's known for that long to,
I'm sorry guys if this throw a wrench in your careers but we aren't getting
rid of this baby." Danae said strongly as JC gave her a reassuring squeeze.
Karen smiled slightly.
"Why on earth not?" Carolinn asked.
JC blinked, "Excuse me?"
"I'll be waiting in the car, " Anthony said to his wife then turned to
Karen, "Thank you for a lovely meal." He left without another word.
Carolinn looked daggers at her daughter, "I have never been more ashamed
of you in my life! I just thank the lord that your brother isn't here."
JC's face turned red with anger.
Carolinn noticed and mistook it for something else, "That's right Joshua
you should be ashamed.
Karen and Roy sat up straighter.
"MOTHER!" Danae warned.
"Don't you dare you careless girl."
Danae stood up, "Don't I dare what? Reprimand you? You deserve it. Of
course A.J isn't here! Aspen is such a pressing engagement, especially since
you and dad won't be there."
"I'm warning you young lady." Carolinn stepped towards her daughter.
JC stood up behind Danae.
Danae laughed bitterly, "Or what? You'll ground me? I'm not a child
anymore mother. I'm 24 years old and about to have a child of my own."
"God help it." Carolinn spit.
"That's it, out!" JC yelled at the woman who had brought the one he
loved into the world, only feeling sick at the sit of her and the way she was
treating Danae.
Carolinn looked at him with contempt, "It is not your place to..."
"But it's mine, out Carolinn." Karen said pointing towards the door.
Roy walked to open it for her, "Don't comeback here till you are ready to
apologize to my son and your daughter."

The room remained silent for a long while.
"No offense Nae but how are you possibly that lady's daughter?" Chris
asked.
Danae smiled a bit trying to fight back tears.
"Mrs. Abbracio wasn't always like that." Heather answered for her.
Tyler sighed, "Danae's family came into more money when she was what ten
and everything changed."
"Except for me much to my family's apparent distaste." Danae said wiping
her eyes and JC wrapped his arms around her from behind.
"I think maybe you should take her home JC." Lance suggested, "For what
it's worth I'm happy for you guys."
Everyone started to show Danae and JC their support and love with their
individual comments finally as they were about to leave Karen pulled Danae to
the side, "For what it's worth I always hoped that it would be you Joshua
started a family with, although I wanted him to be married."
Danae smiled and fought back more tears.

"I love your mom, did I tell you how much I love your mom?" Danae asked
as she set down the gifts they had gotten by the foot of the stairs.
JC laughed and shut to door behind him, "Just the whole way home, but
that's fine as long as you're feeling better."
Danae's mood soured a bit a the memory of her mother's tired, then she
shook it off. "Hey someone needs to open his last Christmas gift." She
grinned, turning on the lights to her Christmas tree and kneeling at it's
base to grab his present.
JC smiled and knelt down beside her, "Gladly."
Danae giggled and handed to him to open, which he did with gusto.
"A computer game?" JC asked confused.
"No Josh you sexy moron you turn it over." She laughed.
He turned it around and a huge smile broke across his face, "A music
composing program, I love it."
"Well that was the point and your welcome." She shook her head.
JC grinned and set the program down, "I was going to say thank you,
actually I was looking forward to it."
Danae raised her eyebrow, "Oh you were, were you? What about my present?"
"You'll get that after I unwrap my other present." He murmured wrapping
his arms around her.

Danae smiled, "But I didn't get you anything else...well actually if you
had bothered to open the card you would of found the front row tickets to a
Harry Connick Jr. Concert."
"Yes you did get me another present and I knew about the tickets I went
searching for my gift a week ago and found them under your sink." JC said as
he softly played with the straps of her dress.
Danae smiled, "Your a naughty boy...so what's this other gift you're so
sure I got you?"
"Well let me show you by unwrapping it." He breathed in her ear as he
pushed the straps off her shoulders and her dress fell around her knees.

"Oh so I'm your gift huh?" She whispered into his lips kissing him
softly.
"One of them but I have to wait another four and a half months for the
other one you gave me." He smiled, softly rubbing her rounding stomach.
Danae grinned, "You know I'm going to be fat soon."
JC kissed her neck as she untucked his shirt, "More skin for my lips to
kiss."
"Mmm speaking of skin." She murmured pulling his shirt over his head and
tossing it to the side.
"Yes, " JC said kissing her mouth with hunger as his hand traveled her
body, "speaking of which, I'm so glad that you wore a backless dress."
Danae sucked softly on his ear causing him to moan softly, "Why is that?"

JC softly brushed his thumb across the tip of her breast.

"Because you can't wear a bra with it, it makes this so much simpler."

Danae kicked her dress away from her and unbuckled his pants, pushing
them and his boxer off him in one movement, "Ever make love under a Christmas

"No." JC admitted as his kisses moved down her body as he laid her down
on the floor, "But I'm about to." His mouth closed over one of her nipples.
"OHHHH Josh mmm JOSH!" She moaned as her hands snaked into his hair.
He moved to give the same attention to her other breast as one of her
hands freed itself from his hair to move down the length of his beautiful

JC looked down at her.
The twinkling lights matched the twinkle in her eyes.

JC kissed her back with equal vigor, "Don't' tease."
She kissed him frantically not able to withstand losing such contact,

"Oh baby thank you." He moaned and let himself enter her slowly.
Danae moaned loudly as she felt him fill her like no man ever had,
"JOOOSSSHHH!"
"MMM NAE!" JC groaned starting an excruciatingly slow rhythm.
"I love you." She whispered against him mouth, wrapping her legs and
arms around him.
Moaning at her word, his thrusts became quicker.
"No one makes me feel the way you do." She panted, meeting his thrusts.
"Ohhhhhh Nae." JC moaned moving even quicker inside of her.
Danae clawed at his back in pleasure, "Only you can make me feel so
complete"
"Jesus....NAE GOD!!" He yelled as he switched the direction of his
thrust to drive her nuts by hitting the spot that sent her towards the edge.

"That's the point." She panted as she started to tighten around him.
JC kissed her with everything he had as thrust powerfully inside of her.

GOOOOODDDDDDDD JOSSSSSSSSHH!" Danae screamed as the lights above her became
the flashing lights of immense pleasure in her brain.
JC shouted her name as he exploded almost painfully inside of her,
"NNNNAAAAEEEE!"

"I love you Josh." Danae whispered into his ear as their sweaty bodies
fought for breath.
JC buried his face in her neck and reach around under the tree for the
box he had hidden, "I love you to Nae...Merry Christmas." He handed her the
wrapped box and then buried his face deeper in the crook of her neck,
inhaling her satisfied scent.
Danae smiled, "Jewelry huh? What else can you fit into a box this big."
She removed the wrapping and opened the velvet box, "OH MY GOD JOSH IT'S
BEAUTIFUL!" She stared at the ring, a plain gold band with two small
diamonds sitting at the sides of a gorgeous sapphire.
JC raised his mouth just high enough to whisper in her ear, "Marry me?"
