Chapter 1

"I want you, I need you. You know that I believe you. We got, you know it. So if it's real just show it." Katya sang as she washed her brown hair. "You know, your the only person I know who will take a shower just to sing
in the shower." Jeff said over the running water. "The acoustics are awesome." Katya replied as she reached down for the conditioner Jeff watched her through the fogged up shower door. The sight of her silohuette very enticing "How much time do you have before you have to be on set?" he asked as he removed the light blue cotton pajama bottoms he would sometimes wear. "Two hours. How long before you have to be at the studio?" she asked as she rinsed her hair. "Two hours." he responded as he quietly opened the
shower door and stepped in. "Well than we ca-OH MY GOD!" Katya said as she opened her eyes. "Jeffery Timmons you scared me out of my Witts" "Sorry, I just thought we could have a little fun before we have to go to work," he said as he put his hands on her naked waiste, "So what do you say, the future Mrs. Timmons ya wanna have a little fun?" "You Mr. Timmons are very naughty." she said as she placed her hands on his now wet chest "But you love me anyway." he said kissing her teasingly. "I couldn't love you more."

Chapter 2

"Annalynn something is wrong. I can tell." Jonathan said to Katya "Lucky I don't know how to tell you this so I am just gonna say it" Katya said sitting on the park bench, "we can't keep what happened between us when
you were thought to be dead a secret anymore. We have to tell Liz what happened." "No way," Jonathan said getting up, "she'll hate me and she'll hate you and...just no!" "Lucky!" Katya called after him. "Lucky wait there's m..." "Cut, that is a print, great work you guys, Katya your through for the day and you have some visitors." the director said. "Really who?" Katya asked as she hasitly speed towatds her dressing room to get out of costume and makeup. "Some really fine guys." Amber said as she speed past her. "Jeff and the guys?" Katya asked as she stepped into her dressing room. "Nope, FIVE really hot guys." Rebecca replied as she walked past.

Katya walked down the hall towards the lounge. Practically bouncing off the walls with her excitement. She hadn't seen the guys since she became a regular on GENERAL HOSPITAL. When she rounded the corner she saw a mop like head of hair bent over a shoe it was intently examining for no apparent reason. "Chris do you see Katya yet?" She heard Lance ask from inside the lounge. "Not since the last 5 times you asked me. So I guess I am in for four mo..."Chris trailed off as he looked up to see Katya laughing at his oblivion. "I regonize that laugh." Justin yelled as he sprinted over Chris, in what looked like and probably were new sneakers, and picked Katya up in a huge hug. The others soon followed. "Air, Air! Don't suffocate me! At least not until I win an emmy."

Chapter 3

"Where's Jeff?" Joey asked as Katya came out of the kitchen with drinks for the guys. "The Studio." Katya replied. "So have you guys set the date?" Lance asked. "Valentine's Day. On a Cliff overlooking the ocean in Dana
Point." "You always wanted to be married overlooking the ocean" JC commented. He knew her the best. Probably better than Jeff did. They had known each other since kindergarden when they sat down next to each other
when all of the other kids wouldn't sit next to the opposite sex, they all still had cooties. "So have you figured out the wedding party yet? Hint! Hint!" Chris said as Katya sat down on the floor by JC's feet. "Well Jeff
is still up in the air about his best man. However he did more than agree to have you four be groomsmen." "Four?" Chris asked as he counted the male bodies in the room "Yes four. You, Joey, Lance and Justin." "What about JC? He's been your best friend since you two were five." Justin asked. "You guys mamaged to remain best friends through out a lot of crap and stuff." Joey stated. "You remained friends when JC was in Florida doing the MMC and then through out all of the stuff that has come with being a memeber of the group and you moving to LA to pursue your acting career and..." Lance continued before he was interuppted. "Hold off guys she is probably has
other plans for him." Chris said. JC smiled because he knew what part of the wedding he was going to play. Katya had called and asked him already. "He's probably gonna be the maid of honor." Chris joked as he placed a pillow in front of his face for protection. "No, you moron. Loosen your braids." Katya chuckled. "She already asked me to give her away." JC explained. "That's right your parents are dead." Joey commented. Katya's smile vanished. "Joey" JC said in a disapproving voice as he pulled Katya
into his lap for a comforting hug. "I.I.didn't..oh man." "I know Joey you didn't mean it that way. Besides it's almost been three years." Katya said as she placed her head on JC's shoulder. "Honey I'm home!" Jeff yelled as
he shut the front door "Wouldn't you feel stupid if she wasn't home?" Chris asked as Jeff walked into the livingroom "Hey guys nice to see you." Jeff said as he saw that he had company. "Ditto." "Likewise." "Hey Jeff." "Hi" "Did you have a nice day at the studio?" Katya asked from her seat on JC's lap "great," he said looking at his fiancee sitting on another man's lap,
"If I hadn't been the one to give you the ring on your finger and if he wasn't your best friend heads would be rolling." "Jeff your so cute when your trying to be funny."

"So what are you guys doing in South Cali?" Jeff asked Justin as Katya, JC and Lance made dinner. "We are going to record our new album here." Justin explained. "Among other things." Joey added. "So how long are you here for?" Jeff questioned. "Two months, we only have the studio every other week." Chris explained. "That's great we can all spend time together before I become and old married man" Jeff said smiling. "That would be great" JC yelled from the kitchen. "Ow, Josh not in my ear." "Sorry Kat" "Your forgiven." "Actually you couldn't have come at a better time. I hate leaving Katya alone for more than a day or two." Jeff said waiting for Katya'a reaction. "Where are you going, for how long and with whom?" Katya
aksed with all seriousness and in an unhappy tone. "I suggest you answer carefully" Lance said helpfully and he looked at the look on Katya's pretty face. "Russia, for a week, and by myself." "RUSSIA!" Katya exclaimed
coming out of the kitchen. "Yes, I'm meeting some execs there." "You mean your going into the country my parents risked their lives to defecrt from?" Katya asked as her stomach churned. "Yes Miss Grinkova I do believe he is."
Chris stated. "So you have to?" she asked. "Yes, I leave tomorrow night and get back next Sunday morning." Jeff explained. "You don't want him to go do you?" JC asked when she came back intothe kitchen. "No JC I don't, I
have a finny feeling in my stomach, but hopefully it's just the indegestion or whatever I've been having" "Are they serious? Have you seen a doctor?" JC asked concerned. "Not yet I have an appointment on Friday."

Chapter 4

"Why don't you want me to go with you to the airport?" Katya asked Jeff as she sat up in bed to watch him dress. "Because I would rather remember you like this. Naked in our bed. Disheveld from making love over," "And over." "And over again." They smiled at each other as Jeff knelt on the bed and kissed her passionately. HONK! "Drew's here, you better go." Katya said pulling away reluctantly. "I'll miss you." Jeff said getting off the
bed and picking up his suitcase. "You better." "Bye" He said kissing her tenderly "Bye." Katya said as he walked downstairs and out the door. "I love you!" she heard him shout from the front yard. She got up wrapping a sheet around her and opened a window. "I love you too, for the rest of my life." she yelled holding up her left hand. He rolled down car window and shouted as Drew drove away, like usual they were late, "For the rest of my life."

Chapter 5

"Thank you for coming with me Josh" Katya said as they waited inthe doctor's office for the results of Katya'a exam. "I'd hate for you go go through anything alone that you shouldn't., Kat." he replied. "Well I still appreciate it." Seh responded know he was trying to make nothing of it. "So how is Annalynn doing?" JC asked referring to her character on the show. "She's pregnant." "Reaaly? So her and lucky did sleep together whil he was
quote unquote, dead?" JC asked, interested. "Joshie have you been watching soap operas?" Katya asked teasingly. JC's face turned red, "Only yours." "Well I'm flattered." "So are you going to have to wear one of those pregnancy pads?" JC asked. "Nope." The doctor said as he came into the room. "Huh?" "How would you know?" "Well since Annalynn and Lucky have only known each other for two months she's either as pregnant or less pregnant then you. So you wont have to were a pregnancy pad" The doctor
explained. "Your saying that Kat's.." JC started to ask before he saw the huge smile that came across Katya's face. "Is this good news?" the doctor asked. "This is wonderful news." Katya beamed, "I can't wait to tell Jeff."

Chapter 6

"What are you doing with those candles?" Chantel asked as Katya came downstairs. "Ambiance." Katya answered as she strategically placed the candles about the entryway and livingroom. "Huh? Oh I get it Jeff's coming home today." Chantel said with a sly smile and a wink. "Like duh! Tel!" "So what airline did he use?" Chantel asked as Katya flipped through the cd's near the stereo. "He didn't the label hired a private jet." "Record label, private jet? Sounds like something off the show." Chantel commented. "You should know you help write it." Katya stated. DING DONG! "Who could that be, Jeff has a key doesn't he?" chantel asked as Katya went to open the door. "JC!" Katya exclaimed happily as she let him inside. "Hey Kat I hope it's not a bad time to stop by? I know Jeff's supposed to get home today. I just wanted to see how you were feeling." "NO not at all, he'll be home later and ahhh how sweet." Katya said rubbing his cheek in the way she had for eighteen years to show her appreciation. "Best friend who happens to be a guy worrying and doting on the mother to be while the yet to know pappa to be is away. That would be a good story line for the show! Geez Katya your life is a soap!" Chantel said as she got up to leave. "I hope not, cause then something bad is gonna happen." Katya joked.

"So Drew is picking Jeff up from the airport?" JC asked as Katya sat down on the couch with him after Chantel left. "Yeah he should be landing soon." Katya answered. "Chantel seemed nice were did you meet her?" JC questioned. "She's one of the writers on the show." "Young to have that kind of job." "Yeah but she's good or they wouldn't have hired her." Katya explained. "Kat can I ask you a serious question?" JC asked looking her in the eye. "You know you can. there's no one else in the world who has known me longer or better." Katya said taking his hand. "Kat are you happy? I mean REALLY happy." he asked with a worried expression. "Yes Josh I am. I love Jeff with all of my heart." Katya answered smiling brightly. JC gave a very audible sigh of relief. RING RING! "Your cell phone's ringing." Katya told JC. "Duh." JC laughed as he flipped it open, " Hello?.....Hey chris....turn on the news?...K thanks." Katya grabbed the remote and pushed the power button. T.V: "This just in. There has been a plane crash over the Pacific Ocean. It has been reported that there are no survivors. the plane was a private aircraft said to be carrying aboard it the founding member of the musical group 98*, Jeff Timmons."

Chapter 7

"No, No! this is some kind of sick joke." Katya said as she got up and turned the channels on the T.V, forgetting about the remote. T.V: "Resulting in the death of music star Jeff Timmons." "Kat?" Jc asked walking over to her. "Kat?" "No....No.... NOOOOOOOO!" Katya screamed as she crumbled to the floor. JC knelt down and put his arms around her. Though she no longer knew he was there. "God no! JEEEEFFFFF!" she screamed. "I'm so sorry Kat." JC whispered as Katya cried out in agony. "I knew something would happen. I knew it and he went anyway. HE WENT ANYWAY!" "He didn't know sweetie! He didn't know!" JC said through his fear of what she would do next. "He's gone! He's gone. HE'S GONE! NOOOOOOOOO!" She screamed as he held her.

Chapter 8

“What a way to find out.” Lance said sitting downstairs at Katya’s and Jeff’s. Well now just Katya’s. “I feel so bad. If I hadn’t called JC she wouldn’t have been watching the news.” Chris said with guilt. “You didn’t know he was with her.” Nick said coming downstairs. He looked awful. His face was pale and his eyes were bloodshot form crying. “She probably would of reacted the same if one of us had told her first.” Drew said as him and Justin J. came down stairs. They looked as horrible as Nick. “Has she calmed down yet?” Justin T. asked with concern. “She’s just laying on the bed staring at his picture.” Drew explained. “She’ll only talk to JC.” Justin J. continued. “This is twice as bad as when her parents died.” Justin T. commented.

Chapter 9

“Why didn’t Katya go to Jeff’s memorial service again?” Joey asked. “Because Jeff’s mom blames the group for his death and asked that the rest of the group not go and Katya didn’t agree with that.” Lance answered. “She didn’t think she would be able to keep it together either.” JC explained as they went upstairs to check on her. “I think when you told her to think about the baby she got a little better.” Justin said to JC as they walked down the hall. “Let’s just hope this is the last thing she has to get through.”
