chapter 1

BEEP! BEEP! "James turn the stupid alarm off." Aislinn muttered sleepily from her side of the bed. BEEP! BEEP! "JAMES, turn the frickin alarm off and get up." She yelled trying to wake him up. BEEP! BEEP! "Oh for heaven's sake." Aislinn said as she got out of bed and turned off the alarm. "James Van Der Beek, get your ass out of that bed!" she yelled as she stood over him. He opened his eyes and looked at her, "I would like it much better if YOUR ass was IN bed." he grinned as he pulled back to bed and kissed her. "You have to go to work." she scolded with a grin. "I'll quit." he said while kissing her neck. "James, what would Dawson's Creek be without Dawson, get in the shower and go to work." she said pushing him away regretfully. "Ok," he said, "but only if you join me." "In the shower?" she asked. "Yes." he answered. "Well since I am up..." she said as she led him into the bathroom.

"Honey I'm home!" "Good," Aislinn said as ahe came out of the bedroom with bags in her hands, "because I am leaving." "WHAT?" James asked with his jaw dropping. "Calm down I'll be back in a few days, I am going to do that music video, remember?" "Oh yeah that's right." he said calming down. "I asked Katie to keep an eye on you so be good." she said giving him a kiss. "You are the one who should have on eye on her at this video shoot." he joked. "Why?" she asked letting him take her bags and followed him out the door. "Your gonna be surrounded by five good looking guys, at least I hear they are, for three or four days." he said putting her bags in the trunk of the cab. "James are you jealous of *N Sync?" she asked with a grin. "Just don't forget to come home." He said taking her face in his hand and kissing her passionately. "Of course I won't," she said as she got into the cab, I left my Gloden Globe here."

Chapter 2

"Guys this is Aislinn Jackson." Johnny Wright said as he introduced *N Sync to Aislinn. "Hi we're.." all five guys started to say. "I know who you are and if you do that unison introduction thingy I am gonna laugh in your face." Aislinn said with a laugh. "You know who we are but do you know all of our names?" Justin asked. "Yes Lance I do." she answered while trying to hide her grin. "See I am.." "Justin she was kidding." JC said as he laughed. "Oh." "Hey wait a minute," Joey exclaimed, "your that girl from that movie." "Um ok." She said slightly confused. "Joey what movie are you talking about?" Chris asked. "That one she's in." "I have been in more than one, can you get a little more specific?" Aislinn asked. "Um that one you were nominated for." joey said looking pleased. "Academy Award or Golden Globe?" she asked as his smile faded. "You won an Academy Award?" Lance asked. "No but I was nominated." "You should of won! I mean you wan the
Golden Globe for that film." JC said. "Thank you," she said flattered, "you've seen *Never Again*?" "That's it the one were you are raped and you fight for your rights as a victim." Joey said once again pleased with himself. "Yep that's the one." "It was a really good movie." JC stated. "Thank you." "Um guys I hate to be the bad guy, that's usually JC's job but we have a video to start on." Lance said. "Right, that's what I'm here for." Aislinn said. "What song is this one for?" she asked "Everything I own." Chris answered. "Oh cool, I like that song." she said. "You do?" five voices asked. "Yeah, why is ther something wrong with the song?" she asked. "No we are just surprised you've heard it that's all." Chris said. "Why?" "Because most 20 year olds don't like *N Sync." Justin explained. "Well this 20 year old is a fan and how did you know how old I am?" she asked. Justin and JC turned red. "What did I say why are the two of you turning into beets?" "You kinda just found them out." Lance said. "Huh?" she asked. "Well I probably shouldn't say anything.." Lance started to say. "So I will do it," Chris said, "they both kinda have a crush on you." "Ever since they saw *For Lack of a Better Word*" Joey finished. "As flattered as I maybe, sorry I am already taken." Aislinn said as she held up her hand to show the diamond ring on her finger.

chapter 3

"James I'm home." Aislinn said putting her bags down in the silent apartment. "James?" Silence. "James? Must not be home, but filming should of ended hours ago. Maybe he went out with the guys." She said to herself as she headed towards the bedroom. RING RING! "Hello?" she asked into the phone. "We just wanted to make sure you got back all right." a familar voice said. "Hey JC, glad you called I didn't want to lose touch with you guys." "Well we din't want to lose touch with you either." "Justin? Am I on speaker phone?" she asked. "YES." five voices rang out. "I feel so loved," she said, "well now I can talk to you guys while I unpack." "Why doesn't Dawson have you wrapped in his arms right now?" Justin asked. "Justin that's none of our business and his name isn't Dawson." JC scolded. "It's ok He's not home, he must be with the guys and his name is James." she laughed. "Justin knew his name," chris said, "he just doesn't wanna be adult like JC and thinks he can still win your heart." "Oh he does does he?" she laughed. "I have been laughing a lot lately." she said. "Chris thanks you for that statement." Lance said. "Hey he's not the only Funny one." Joey remarked. "hey don't start that again." JC moaned. "Hey I'm funny too." "Justin cut it out." Lance said. "We are talking on the phone here guys don't be rude." JC said. "Sorry," Chris said, "Aislinn?" No answer. "Aislinn?" silience. "Aislinn are you all right?" "Yes.....I.....hol....d.....on ...I...ju...st..........ne....ne....need.....to....stop.....laughing." She said trying to breath. "Now see what you've done." "Me, You started it." "All of you cut it out or your gonna suffacate her with laughter." JC chuckled. "Ok I am done laughing now." "Good you ok?" "Yes JC thanks for asking. So when are you guys gonna be in North Carolina?" she asked. "In about a week actually." Justin answered. "Are you guys gonna have any down time?" she asked. "Yeah we have a couple of days actually." "Justin got real upset last time because he didn't get to go to a tarheels game." Lance joked. "So we set a couple of days aside so he could go to one." "Great, I would love it if you guys came to see me." Aislinn stated. "Hey that would be great we could meet the man who got to you first." JC grinned. "Speaking of which I think He just walked in the door, so I gotta go, but I have your cell phone numbers so I will call you and we can set everything up." "Alright bye, WE MISS YOU!" They all said. "You guys are so cute."

Chapter 4

"What's cooking good-looking?" James said as he came up behind her in the kitchen and kissed her neck. "What does it look like?" Aislinn asked. "Spaghetti." "Well, then" "That's a lot of spaghetti." He said with his arms about her waist. "Well we have a lot of people coming over, remember?" "Oh yeah that's right the guys are coming over and Chrissy gets here for a visit, and your new friends are coming bye." "So you do remember, let go so I can get the bread out of the oven." she said swatting his hands away. "Garlic bread YEAH!" he yelled. "Not until everyone gets here." She said looking at him. "DAMN!" "What time is James I don't cook with my watch on?" "It's almost 5 why?" he asked looking at his watch. "You got to go pick up Chrissy from the airport." She said worried. "NOW?" "yes now, now march. My sister is not going to be pleased if she has to wait for an hour." She said. "Yes, Admiral Beautiful." He said as he grabbed his keys and walked out the door.

KNOCK KNOCK! "Come in the door's open." Aislinn yelled as she drained the spaghetti. "Hey Blue eyes were are you?" A familiar voice said. "YOUR HERE!" she said dropping everything and running out into the living room and into five out strecthed arms. "er werly." she said against a jacket. "What?" Lance asked. "I said your early." Aislinn said pulling away to look at them. "Well you can guess who was responsible for that." Chris said looking at JC. "Since we are early is there anything we can help you with?" JC asked. "Well first you can put your coats on the bed in the back room, then I guess you could set the table." she answered. "That's it?" Joey asked. "Well someone can keep an eye on the marinara sauce." "I'll so it," JC said, "Joey maybe Italian but he can't cook if his life depended on it." "I would be offended if it wasn't true." Joey said as he gave his coat to Lance who headed towards the back of the apartment.

Knock Knock! "Can one of you get that?" Aislinn yelled from he kitchen were she and JC were in a deep conversation as they cooked, "Sure I will." She heard Justin say. "Thanks." Justin opened the door," Hi." Katie, Michelle, and Joshua looked slightly confused. "I'm Justin come on in." "I think we have the oh wait your that guy from that group." Katie said. "You could put it that way." Chris said as he came up behind Justin. "That's right you guys are new friends of Aislinn's." Josh said. "We thought they might of moved on us for a second there." Michelle added. "No Aislinn's in the kitchen and I think she said that James went to go pick up her sister at the airport." Lance said pushing Justin and Chris out of the way to let them come inside. "Hi, I'm Lance." "I'm Chris." "Justin" "Joey." "JC." JC said as he came out of the kitchen carrying a bowl of spaghetti. "Katie, Joshua and Michelle." "Hey guys." Aislinn said as she carried out the bread and other side dishes. "the door opened and in came James with bags as a older blonde version of Aislinn followed him. "I think I smell my little sister's delicious spaghetti." "CHRISSY!" Aislinn ran to hug her sister. "I still can't believe you are getting married," Chrissy said, "and before me. It's not supposed to happen that way. I'm supposed to go first." "Who knows the way James keeps putting off setting a date you might be the first." "Gotta find a man first don't I?" "Yes Chrissy I suppose that would help wouldn't it."

Chapter 5

"I am gonna miss you guys when you leave tomorrow." Aislinn told JC as they made their way up to her apartment building. "Our friendship formed pretty fast didn't it?" JC asked. "yes but that's not a bad thing." "I wasn't saying it was." "I don't know why Chrissy didn't want to come with us," Aislinn said, "she likes Jazz almost as much as I do. James doesn't but she does." "I don't really know her so I can't give you an answer." JC stated. "I really wasn't expecting you too." Aislinn said as they started to climb the stairs. "I wonder how the guys are enjoying the Tarheels game?" JC wondered. "Their probably having a gay ole time." Aislinn grinned. "I'm glad your gonna do another video for us, that's really nice of you." JC said. "There's nothing nice about it, I am being totally selfish. I like being around you guys." "I think you made me blush." JC said. "Plus *Sailing* is one of my favorite songs on the album." Aislinn added as she unlocked the front door. "I still can't believe you have our CD and we didn't have to give it to you, you already had it." JC said smiling. "Yeah i play it more than James would appreciate, speaking of which,. he didn't expect me home this early I wonder were he and Chrissy are?" Aislinn said as she they entered the empty living room. "Maybe he left a note some where." JC suggested. "If he did it would be in the bedroom, give me a sec I will be right back." She said as she disappeared into the back of the apartment. JC sat down on the couch to wait patiently. "OH MY GOD! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU. YOU SON OF A BITCH!"

JC rushed into the master bedroom to find a very naked James, a very naked Chrissy, and a very mad Aislinn. "Whoa, What the?" JC asked. Aislinn looked at James, "With my sister! If you were gonna cheat on me why my sister. And you," she said turning the Chrissy, "If you wanted to get laid why my fiance. I can't believe you guys did this to me." "Aislinn sweetie we should all talk this out. I think JC shoud leave and..." James started to say. "NO! he's not going anywhere you SOB! I want some answers and I want them now!" She yelled. "Don't yell at us damn it!" Chrissy shouted. "Don't yell at YOU! I just caught you screwing my fiance and your telling me not to yell at you!" "I wouldn't blame you if you started throwing things." JC said. Aislinn turned to look at JC, "Not a bad idea," she said as she picked up a picture of her and James. "GO," she said as she threw it against the wall above James head, " TO" she picked up a picture of her and Chrissy and threw against the wall above her head, "HEll!" Then she picked up a picture of the three of them together and threw over their heads, grabbed JC and left.

Chapter 6

"I can't believe he did that to her." Justin ranted as he watched Aislinn sob in JC's arms. "And with her sister." Joey said in disgust. "I heard that sisters can be close and like to share things but this is ridiculous" Chris said. "I just want to beat the crap out of him." Lance said. Five faces turned to look at him in shock. "Don't you dare touch him." Aislinn said. "What?" the five men yelled. "Not unless I get first crack at him." She finished. Ring! Ring! "I'll get it." Justin said as he picked up the phone, "Hello?.....How did you know who's room she would be in and why on earth would I let you talk to her?.......After what you and that so called sister of hers did to her? Uha no way." Justin hung up the phone. "Where am I gonna go?" Aislinn sobbed, "I can't stay here, I'll end up in jail for killing or at least assaulting James. If I go back to California I'm gonna have to see Chrissy and THAT is not a good idea." "I have an idea." Chris said. "So do I." The other four said at once. "You should come on the road with us!" Chris stated. "Hey that's what I was gonna say!" the others chimed. "Wouldn't your managers have a problem with that?" Aislinn asked starting to calm down. "No, I don't think they would have a problem at all," JC said, "since you did a video for us and are going to do another we could incorporate you into the show." "that's a great idea!" Lance, Joey and Justin exclaimed. "I like it. I like it a lot!" Chris grinned. "You have a background in dance, it makes sense." JC said. "And it would keep me away from James and Chrissy," she said, "okay deal!" "Great we'll get a hold of Lou and wake up Johnny, then tomorrow when Mr. Unfaithful is at work we'll go get your stuff." JC said. "Good idea, I definitely want to go back to the apartment," she said, "I have a few more things I want to break."
