BUT I'M BLACK!!!

"You can't treat me like that because I'm oppressed."  This is a phrase I have heard all too often growing up in Peoria and still hear it all the time at Woodruff.   Guess what guys, you're not oppressed.  Your ancestors might have been, but just because they were, doesn't mean you are.   Knowing this fun fact, one can easily point out your lack of understanding of the phrase.  No one owes you anything just because you're black.  I do however owe you my own personal "shut-the-fuck-up" for expecting to coast through life having whatever you want because you think you can play the race card.  News flash, you can't.  If your life is messed up, it's not because you're black or because of what others do to you.  It is no one elses fault but your own.  You shouldn't have made those stupid choices to get you where you are today.  Either way, you have evidently become the bottom rung of society and must work for your status.  The race card has no value.  Get over it. We’re not saying that all black people are stupid, I’m just pissed at the idiots who use the damn race card day in and day out.  No, I’m not racist.

This may not be as feasible but the following is.  A student can't go somewhere because he or she is being an idiot in class and so the teacher denies them a pass.  "It's because I'm black, isn't it?"  No, it's because you were probably disruptive in class and the teacher doesn't want you being that way in the hallway.  PLEASE, stop wasting everyone's time with your blatant disregard for school authority.  If you want to whine and get you way, then go home to mommy.  The rest of us don't want to hear it.  If the teacher is being unfair and if it matters so much, then talk after class, not during.  I know also that some people play the race card because they think that others will just give up and walk away.  That's a good strategy but your weak point is, this is Earth.  The life forms on this planet don't allow themselves to be commanded by the race card.  Therefore, SHUT UP and quit using the card and take your hits like a man (or woman).
