THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO WITNESS AND EXPERIENCE THE EVENT THAT MADE HISTORY IN PRAGUE Every 50 years since the passing of Rabbi Yechezkel Landau, a ceremony to commemorate his life and his death is organized to take place at his gravesite in Prague. Only once was the ceremony cancelled. That unfortunately occurred in 1943 during the Holocaust. The Yarzeit gathering had been scheduled, arrangements had been made, but at the last moment plans were abandoned. In 1993, the 200th Yarzeit of Noda B'Yehuda brought Jews from many parts of the world together for a memorable weekend. Rabbis and other dignitaries including representatives of President Havel of the Czech Republic attended and participated in the special event. THE ENTIRE YARZEIT CEREMONY, GRAVESITES OF NODA B'YEHUDA AND HIS IMMEDIATE FAMILY, TOMBSTONE OF THE MAHARAL OF PRAGUE, JEWISH GHETTO, ALT-NEU SYNAGOGUE AND MORE.
