Video Sequence: Sixth Video

Video Length: 4:09

Producer: Nigel Dick

Setting: The setting for the entire video was the planet Mars. Actually, Universal Studios in Hollywood, California was transformed into a lookalike of Mars for this video.

Plot: Britney Spears lives on and rules the planet of Mars. In this video however, she is a not-so-innocent, super-flirty queen of Mars that will take the heart of every guy she meets. An astronaut lands on Mars, and finds a medallion with Britney on it, causing Britney's domain to surface and Britney to appear in her patented red vinyl catsuit. After the astronaut falls in love with Britney and gives her a "special" necklace, Britney walks away from the astronaut. Little does he know, that she will always be a figment of his dreams, and that she got lost in the game once more.

MTV Making the Video: Again, the focus is on Nigel Dick and the wonderful work he has done for Britney with her videos. Also, the red catsuit issue comes into play when they find it is late, and they must wait it out until it gets there. This aired April 10th, 1999 on MTV.

Accident: Britney certainly isn't shy to the camera, and as she found out during this video shoot, the camera isn't very shy to her. A camera that was hovering over her head during one of the dance routines dropped from it's place and landed right on top of Britney, causing her head to bleed and the need to get 4 stitches to get it taken care of. Unbelievably, right after the stitches went in, she pushed herself to finish the video shoot on time even with her new injury, which shows massive amounts of dedication to what she does.

Flippin' Around: A computerized "green screen" was used to simulate the flipping that Britney does to get to the astronaut. To get the flipping effect though, she had to actually do a couple of mid-air flips while hanging suspended. Those took some getting used to, but Britney stuck to it and got it done.

Light Bulbs: During the video when the scene comes about where she is in front of a lot of red lights, make sure you look closely in the lower right corner of the screen, because you'll notice one of the bulbs blown out.

The Chair: In a hillarious scene during MTV - Making the Video, they showed a clip of Nigel Dick's chair, which displayed the message "You must be a Dick to sit in this chair."

Special Necklace: When Britney said the line "But I thought the old lady dropped it into the ocean at the end," she was referring to the necklace that Rose from the movie "Titanic" dropped into the ocean at the end of the movie.
