Son Gohan is the first son of Goku named after Goku's grandfather Gohan. His mother Chi-Chi did not want him to learn martial arts but instead make him stay home working on schoolwork. Gohan was very powerful as a boy and espicially dangerous when angered. In the battle against Raditz, Gohan became angry and severely injured Raditz with a head-butt kick. After Goku's death, Piccolo kidnapped Gohan in an attempt to train him, and left him out in the wild to survive by himself, where he learned to control his powerful anger. Later in the series Gohan defeated Vegeta and also defeated Cell. He was one of the most powerful Saiyajins in the series, even more powerful than his father Goku, and was the first to reach Super Saiyajin level 2, an even more powerful level than the first. Gohan also recieved training from his father and Dai-Kaioushin, who taught him how to become Mystic Gohan in the Buu series. He later married Videl and had a daughter named Pan. Gohan does not like to fight all the time, but when he does, he can be a very powerful ally.
