Go to the Option Screen. Then select the sound option. After that change the settings so that they match the code that you want to do that is on the chart below. The numbers in the volume columns indicate how many notches you should turn up the sound. When you finish with that Highlight SFX volume and press the buttons listed. When you type in the buttons you should press them at the same time.
