| Donkey Kong 64 Character locations Diddy- Go to Jungle Japs as Donkey Kong and shoot all three switches to open Diddy's cage. Lanky- Go to Angry Aztec as Donkey Kong and free the Llama from its cage by beating DK's barrel blast. Go inside the temple to find the Llama again. Now play DK's drums to turn the lava into water. Now swim across to get Lanky. Tiny- Go to Angry Aztec as Diddy Kong and enter the temple. Now jump from one platform to the other. Shoot the target to access the bridge and then play Diddy's guitar to melt the ice pond. Swim to Tiny's chamber and use Chimpy Charge to make the letters spell KONG. Chunky- Go to Funky's Factory as Lanky Kong and look for the pipe connecting the wall to the ground. On top of it will be a switch. Stomp on it to free Chunky Kong. Secret of the Fairies Fairies are the things that you must get in order to unlock secrets in the game. To unlock cheats, you will need to locate the well-hidden fairies and snap a picture of them with your camera. To get the camera, go to the Main Hub and go into the fairy-shaped building. To get in, just use Tiny and shrink yourself yourself. After finding a certain number of fairies, you will unlock new things in the Mystery Menu. Unlock DK Theater- Collect 2 fairies. This allows you to view all of the cut-scenes in the game. Unlock DK Bonus Stages- Collect 6 fairies. After doing this, go find Rambi and Enguarde to access the bonus levels. Unlock Original Donkey Kong- Collect 6 fairies and the Nintendo coin. To collect the Nintendo coin, go to Frantic Factory and beat the original Donkey Kong game twice. This coin allows you unlimited gameplay. Unlock Jetpac game- Collect 6 fairies and Rareware coin. To collect the Rareware coin, get 15 Banana medals and go see Cranky. Now play the Jetpac game and score 5,000 points. Unlock Boss Battle- Collect 10 fairies. This allows you to fight against any boss that you have beaten in the game. Unlock Krusha in Multiplayer- Collect 15 fairies. This allows you to play as the Alligator from the old Donkey Kong games. Unlock cheat mode- Collect 20 fairies. This allows you to toggle on/off an infinite supply of ammunition and items. Donkey Kong's Special moves- After collecting the verified amount of coins, you will get the following moves: 3 coins: Simian Slam 3 coins: Baboon Blast(pressing Z will activate launch pad) 7 coins: Gorilla Grab(pressing B will activate the levers) 5 coins: Strong Kong(pressing Z+C-left will turn this off) 7 coins: Super Duper Simian Slam Get the Last K. Lumsy Key- After collecting both the Nintendo and Rareware coins, go to the door in Hideout Helm and open it using both coins. Inside will be the key and a banana fairy. Get the Rareware coin- Score 5000 points in the Jetpack arcade game. Get the Nintendo coin- Play the original Donkey Kong game and play all the way through on only one life. Then do it again to get the Nintendo coin. Unlock all characters in multiplayer- Beat the game, then everything will be unlocked. Unlock 8 bonus levels- To do this, collect the 40 blueprints in the game and bring them to Snide. Here are the 8 levels and thier descriptions: Kremling Kosh- In this game, Kremlings pop up out of holes and you have to shoot melons at them. Similar to that game called Whack-a-Mole. Batty Barrel Bash- This is pretty much just a slot game. Beaver Bother- In this game, you must gather all of the beavers into the hole in the center of a barrel. Searchlight Seek- In this game, using a searchlight, you must find Klaptrap and then fire a melon at him. Krazy Kong Klamor- This is essentially a shooting gallery. Peril Path Panic- This is another type of shooting gallery. Big Bug Bash- Swat flies. That's it. Teetering Turtle Trouble- The third type of shooting gallery. Shoot lots of snakes. |
