New Year's Eve Party
Millions of pieces of cake on a table
I have envisioned for months to come
With long, fully lined fox fur sables,
whiskies, wine, beer and rum,
This is an event that will definitly be fun!
People are jumping and laughing out loud
Showing their moves on the dance floor.
All you can hear is the rumble of the crowd
Having fun with their friends shouting for more.
This is an event we defintely can't wait for!
Everyone is excited and waiting for midnight
Discussing plans on what they need to do.
And trying to have everything go just right
by being happy and starting over like new.
This is an event that people will defintely go to!
Midnight will come and people will tear
Remebering old times, as the songs are sung.
For this is a new century, day and year.
Knowing the next chapter has just begun.
This is an event that will defintely be done.

New Year
Get dressed up as women with charms,
Start of drinking in the kings arms,
Throwing money like there is no end,
Buy the beers in and spend spend spend.
Have a laugh; tell loads of jokes,
Laugh at the women dressed up as blokes.
Move on to another pub,
Drink some more and eat some grub,
All crammed into a little space,
To get to the bar you have a race.
As it gets closer to new years day,
The people by now all wobble and sway,
Voices get louder as they count down,
Not one person is wearing a frown.
Five, Four, Three, Two, One
Now the New Year has begun.
People kiss and wish the best,
And then move on to kiss rest.
Swaying from the pub to Rome,
People carry each other home.
Into their beds they get in late,
In the morning they are a state.
Probably not remembering a thing,
In their heads theyll feel the sting.
This New Year ritual may seem queer,
But youll be guaranteed to do it next year.
