Change Camera Angles
To change the camera angle, press Start before the tip-off at the beginning of the game. Then select “Camera” option to choose the desired view. Alternately, the camera can be changed at the free throw line by pressing the R button before the player takes a foul shot.

When a bad freethrow shooter is at the line you can switch by changing "Player Match-up" under team settings.

Easy Free Throws
When you shoot the free throw go to the back of the rim (the one that you try to get the ball in the center of) and go straight down. Hit the A button when the ball is in the center. If done correctly you should easily make the free throw.
