About SMSF: Scheduled to be held during the spring season of each year, this year's SMSF (2001) will be the 1st annual celebration for the SailorMoon anime and manga series! anyone who has access to the Net will be able to join all of SMSF's festivities for the celebration's 2-week duration (such as free prizes and offers, VIP access to SMSF's partner sites, SM multimedia and archives, and MORE)! With continued support and enthusiasm, this and future SailorMoon SprinFest celebrations will be able to spread the spirit and fun of the famous Japanese series, SailorMoon, everywhere!
Purpose: To bring together all SailorMoon fans (Senshi, villain, manga, anime, etc.) in a joyous SM party to celebrate SM (and spread SM awareness to those people and places on the Net that aren't familiar to the SailorMoon series). There is strength in numbers, sp the more people SMSF is able to reach, the better! No one is excluded and everyone is invited to join in on the fun! (^_^)!
SMSF Positions:President->Prince Diamond-> I oversee all areas of SailorMoon SpringFest and all duties of the other member sites. I will host the home page of SailorMoon SpringFest and provide all necessary links, offers, and MORE. I will keep in close contact to all major SMSF member sites and receive any info that they give me. I, also, answer all fanmail for SMSF PRESONALLY and straight from my true feelings, as best as I can (^_^). I reserve all executive rights (such as the right to imclude/exclude certain member sites, etc.).
Vice President(s) (and Co-VPs)-> These people keep very close ties with the President (me) and make sure that all other member sites are carrying out their duties. They will create and generate publicity for SMSF (such as creating linkable buttons and GIFs, etc.). These people will also put links on their sites to the top main sites where people can find out more about SMSF. They will uphold the purpose and reasons SailorMoon and SailorMoon SpringFest have been created; to spread the fantasy of SailorMoon throughout the entire world!
SMSF Member Sites-> These very important people are the basis for SMSF (and what the President and VPs are). They help, with combined strength, to put together all SMSFs and SMSF-related events (not just the annual spring celebration). They will open up any services on their site (if able to) and create anything possible for the success of SMSF (such as forums, image galleries, etc.). They will constantly have link buttons for the SailorMoon SpringFest main page, Prince Diamond's NegaMoon Zone. and the sites of the VP positions. These people will comply with all rules and consequences set forth by the President and VPs. Most Of all, THESE PEOPLE WILL BRING THE ETERNAL LIFE NEEDED TO CARRY ON ALL PAST, PRESENT, AND FUTURE SMSF EVENTS: IN THE NAME OF THE SAILORMOON SERIES!

-Just fill out the simple form included at the bottom of this page. Fill out all required info. (Note: any false information taken in will automatically be detected and you will be dealt with by SMSF accordingly). By becoming a member of SMSF, it entitles you to member exclusive newsletters, special archive openings, SM news BEFORE it gets out to the public, and MORE! HOWEVER, you must remember that you are obligated to help out at any and all SMSF activities and celebrations that are called into action.
