 Trista (or Setsuna) is the Sailor Senshi of time, space, and the lower world, Sailor Pluto (in addition to being the Princess of Pluto and one of the 4 Outer Senshi). She is a quiet, thoughtful young woman who likes to keep to herself (even though she'd delight in having her friends around her just as much). She is ver wise and takes whatever she does very seriously (which is why Trista was assigned by Queen Serenity to be the guardian over all of time and space as Sailor Pluto).
 Trista is one of Serena's (Usagi's) oldest friends (besides Darien/Mamoru and possibly Andrew/Motoki). Serena and her Inner Senshi friends first meet Trista as Sailor Pluto (in SailorMoon R). At that point in time, the Inner Senshi were assigned to travel into the future to save Rini's (ChibiUsa's) family (NeoQueen Serenity and King Darien/King Endymion) and the Tokyo of the future (Crystal Tokyo). Since Sailor Pluto took her mission of guarding the Gate of Time so seriously, she wouldn't let the Senshi through the Gate, citing them as not being worthy enough of admittance. It took Rini to finally convince Sailor Pluto that the Sailor Senshi weren't evil and that they were to aid her in saving her family and home in the future from the NegaMoon(Dark Moon/BlackMoon Clan).
 Trista takes a special liking to Rini (whom Trista helped when Crystal Tokyo was under attack from the NegaMoon). She loves all of her friends, but is closest to Rini (the reason being that Rini was the only person Sailor Pluto ever really got to know in depth, seeing that she had to oversee the Gate of Time). (*Her nickname for Rini is "Small Lady"). (*Sailor Pluto has more of an active role in the SM manga version than in the anime).
