They range from general service to vibration types, traffic, street, spots, floods, all-weather, high-bay, sign, insect-repellent, energy-saving, and a host of other user-oriented models. General-service incandescent bulbs utilize four filament supports, and our Superlife line utilizes seven, as compared to one (or even none) for the conventional household bulb. All incandescents are made with shiny brass bases, which unlike aluminum, won't corrode in the socket, even after thousands of hours of burning. In wattages ranging from 15 to 200, our "A" line includes 3,500-hour general service lamps, 8,000-hour sign lamps in a wide variety of colors, corridor lamps, attractive decorative models, and much more. "AT" LAMPS The exclusive "AT" bulb design is the hallmark of quality. But it's a lot more than just an unusual shape. The unique cooling crown adds 12% more surface area to the bulb, making the surface temperature as much as 50°F cooler than that of conventional bulbs. It also helps to reduce bulb-blackening density and makes bulb-changing easier. Until now, that is. Because now there is the ATM-9 Superlife line. More life and more light. "BR-40" REFLECTORS (Formerly R-40) Our Rough Service/Vibration BR-40 supplies long-lived brightness in nearly every area calling for concentrated light! Comes in many wattages, spot or flood. The bulb itself is made of weather-resistant Durex glass. It's hardy enough to withstand rain, sleet and snow; but at one-third the weight of conventional two-piece PARS, it's light enough to eliminate strain on the fixture. The corrosion-proof brass base, unlike aluminum, won't "freeze" or distort in the socket. Inside, the sturdy Rough Service/Vibration filament combines with a mirror-bright reflector to punch out brilliant, trouble-free light for 5,000 user hours. That's two and a half times longer than standard reflector bulbs! Duro-Test BROs are available in many wattages and colors, including several Watt-Saver models. "ER" Watt-SavER REFLECTORS The new Watt-SavER-30Ks and 40Ks replace higher wattage reflector floods and save up to 57% in energy costs -- while providing more light than the bulbs they replace. Our 64-watt ER-30, for example, can do the job of a 150-watt flood. Life-rated at a maintenance-saving 9,000 user hours, Watt-SavER reflectors outlast conventional spots and floods 4 1/2 to 1, further reducing your overall lighting bills.
