CHAPTER 3
It was Saturday morning, While driving her car slowly, Estella flashed back to her most beautiful moment in her life, when she was not yet married. She was remembering of someone hidden in her heart eternally, to whom she dedicated all of her soul though she could not be with. And now she has been being infront of the house she used to spend with her one and only love. She looked at this house and memorized all the things they shared together. After a moment, she continued driving, went ahead to the places they used to visit. She looked at her watch, and it was 11 o’clock, the time to pick her son from the school.
Bobbie Aldi Sianturi, A son of Estella Tobing and Harry Sianturi, was eight years old, walking out from his class, and smile at his mum. The little boy was so tough, and brave, Estella proud of her son. This little boy looked like someone closest to her heart at a glance, Yes, Estella realized it Finnally. “Oh Gosh !” Sighed Estella. “Was it possible her little boy looked like the one closest to my heart ? Just because I thought this someone a lot, even when I shared the intimate moment together with my husband, there were always this secret face shadowing my life, in every second in my life” thought Estella.
“Hello Mommy!” Said Bobbie, her son and gave her a hug. “Hi, Sweetheart!” Estella hold him tight. And she remembered again, that she used to call this someone With a “sweetheart” just like she called her son. “You looked so sad, mommy, why” said Bobbie. “No, Sweetheart, I feel happy to be with you again” Lied Estella. “Come on, go home” said Estella, and they walked together and got into the car and left the school. “Mommy, I need a new drawing book” Said Bobbie. “Could we pleased stopped by at the book store first, Mommy” Continued Bobbie. “Okay, sweetheart”, Estella replied and drive her car to the Plaza.
Arrived at the plaza, they went to the book Store down floor. Estella let him loose in the books racks and let him choose the things he wanted to buy. Estella smiled at and followed him slowly. And then they had to stand on the line at the cashier, before leaving the book store. That was the time when she saw someone walked passing the bookstore, someone who was very special to her. She stopped breathing. She really wanted to go to reach this someone, but she cancelled it since she worried about Bobbie.
Estella caressed Bobbie’s hairs, looked at his tiny cute face fall a sleep deep in slumber. She sent her son to take a nap and left the room after kissed him at his cheecks. She sat down in the sofa, and called Mirah, the housemaid, to serve her an orange juice and put the television on. She tried to let her minds loose at the TV program, changed channels, but still the face shadowing in her minds. She could not stand to keep this desire. She took her handphone and pushed the number, she waited for a moment, and heard a voice from the line, “Hello” Said someone there. Estella didn’t answer, she was overwhelmed hearing the voice she desires for along time. ‘Hello… Hello…” the voice called her again. “hmm.. Hi” said Estella Finnally. “Yes, who is this?” asked the voice again. “Hi Finnerella” greeted Estella. Finnerella, The person on the line, kept quiet at a moment and after she realized who was calling then continued, “Hi Estella, how are you?”. “I am Finne, thanks, and you?” asked Estella in reply. “Hmm. Finne, just like you” said Finn. “What’s Up, Estella?” continued Finn. “Nothing.. hmm I am just.. just.. hmmm I saw you at the plaza this afternoon” said Estella. “You did ? see me at the Plaza?” Finn Surprised. “Yes” Asnwered Estella. “That is why you call me” Said Finn. “No, I mean.. hmmm .. can we meet, Finnerella?” asked Estella Finnally. “Hmm, certainly” Finn answered. “When?” Asked Estella.”Anytime you like” Said Finn. “Will it be okay if I come to your place?” Ased Estella. “Be my guest, Estella, Rasuna Apartment 7th floor, #2317, when will you come by the way ?” Asked Finn. “This evening ?” Said Estella half questioning. “okay, please do come” said Finn. “Okay, bye Finnerella” greeted Estella. “Bye” Finnished Finn and put off the phone.
Finn hang up the phone, and her minds flew to the memories she had with Estella. Someone had stolen my heart, someone whom She surrender her true love to. Now She suddently came back and asked to have a meeting. There was nothing she could say, than let her get what she needed to get. Finnerella never be able to reject everything she asked her.
This would be the first visit of Estella, and continuously happened often times, until Bobbie, feel at ease with Finnerella, and they close one to another. These visit also then make all the things would be possible to reach for Estella, spending the night at Finnerella’s apartment together with Bobby.
Eventhough visits have paid several times and moments have been sharing to the three of them in times, Still, Estella never had a chance to be with Finnerella herself, to share the intimate moments together, even when they went a sleep at night, and Estella sleep beside Finn, Estella could not yet feel the warmth of having the intercourse together. Finn usually fell a sleep deep in slumber, though Estella sometimes spoiled her to wake her up, Finn remained in the same position.
Or someday at night, at the time Estella came home to Finn apartment, While Finn, sometime had arrived before her, and already pick up Bobbbie from his school, Estella used to found Finnerella and Bobbie were falling asleep in the room where Finn prepared special for Bobbie. They were hugging each other. Estella knew very well that bobbie started to get closed with Mommy Finn, and certainly Finn also loves him with all her heart. That’s why bobbie loves her so much. And always be happy to play around with her.
Until one night, at the time Finn was not yet going to bed, and still working on the net, to browse into the stock of Dow Jones Index, Estella accompanied her, and watched her work. “ Wass up Estella ?” asked Finn, knowing that Estella was watching over her. “Nope” Estella sighed. Finn looked at her. And asked her, “Do you want a cup of cappuccino Estella ?”. Estella shook her head. Finn stood up from her sitting, “Oh come on, let me make it for you and me. Okay” Finn was walking to the small kitchen and made two glasses of cappuccino.
Estella confused about How Finn’s treat her. They often times sharing the moment together, Finn never really opened her heart to discuss about the things happened between them, Finn used to kept silent and listening on her, without gave any comments on it. Finn never be cruel to Estella, and she acted as if Finn never gets hurts of what Estella had treat her years ago. Let Say, Estella had deceived her, just like playing around with her genuine heart, True love, and then Estella left her and thrown her out from Estella’s life. Finn also accept her coming and welcoming her whenever, wherever Estella wanted to meet her. Se never rejected Estella. Finn also accepted the existence of Bobbie with all her heart.
It had been few months of being together, Estella come into Finn’s apartment to and fro, especially when her husband was out of town. But Estella and Finn, never had any sexual intercourse together. Though, Estella really desire her in much, Finn always had her way so softly not to let it happened.
Finn gave a glass of cappuccino to Estella, “Here for you, Shall we enjoy this capuccino on the balcon ?” Asked Finn. Estella took the glass, and followed Finn’s step to go to the balcon. The wind breezed so smooth.They took a deep breath together and enjoyed the scenery down there. It was 11 o’clock at night. The stars decorated the dark sky with their lights. Full Moon seemed smiling on them. “So what bothers your mind, Estella ?” Asked Finn attentively. “Harry noticed that I used to leave home when he was not here” said Estella carefully, seemed she did not want to hurt Finn’s heart again. “then”, asked Finn. “Yeah, I guess I have to start to minimize the meeting with you, He watched over me and Bobbie” continued Estella. Finn lighted the cigarette and look a deep breath and sighed. “You should not disobey him, Estella, it’s better for you to follow his order, He is your husband Estella” said Finn understood. “You know Finn…” said Esttella but Finn cut her words, “Yes, I know, but, you also realize that you can not deny it Estella” Said Finn. “But how about you ? I don’t want you to think that I always playing around with your hearts, Finn, I don’t want it, and I think I desserve to have the second chance” Argued Estella. “Yes Estella, but you are his wife, and still his wife, he has the right to do so, Estella”, Finn answered. “Will you get angry with me, Finn ?” Asked Estella. “For what Estella ?” asked Finn back. “For this inconvenience caused and if I seldom come again with bobbie ? but I promise to Finnd another way out just to be with you” promised Estella. “You don’t know me well Estella ? have I ever get angry with you ?” Asked Finn back. Estella smiled at her and hold her tight, lay down her head on Finn breast. O gosh ! This was the closest touch Estella could have from Finn, how she really enjoyed the scent of Finn’s body, the warmth. And when Estella moved her head to kiss Finn on her neck, Finn loosen herself from their tightly Hug. “It’s already midnight, Estella, its better for us to go to sleep” Said Finn. And they came into the room again and prepared o get sleep. That was the first time Finn let Estella hold her in bed and laying down her head on her breast. “Do you love Bobbie, Finn?” asked Estella while they were on bed. “I do” Finn answered shortly. “You know Finn ?” asked Estella again. “Hmmm” Finn just humming. Estella kept quiet and she realized that Finn already fall asleep, she moved her head and looked at Finn’s Face. She Smiled at her, and lay down back her head and tighten her hug to Finn’s body. She sighed and said so softly, “I love you Finn, with all my heart from a long time ago until now… and forever Finn”. Finn actually heard to what Estella had said, She opened her eyes without Estella know it, and close them again.
The evening supposed to be lovely for Estella, since tomorrow would be Finn’s Birthday, She came alone to Finn’s Appartment. She had been apart few days with Finn, just because she had a quarrel with her husband, because of her often sudden leaving from home. But today, she urged herself to take the risk, because of Finn’s special day and she will give Finn her best to make her happy and be the most happiest person in the world.. She knocked the apartment door, and to her surprise, woman had opened the door for her. “Excuse me, is Finn ther ?” Said Estella a lil bit nervous. “Hmm, Finn was out of town, but she’ll be back this evening,” Said the woman with her questioning eyes. “I am Estella !” introduced Estella. “Oh I see, I am Airin, Finn had ever told me about you, please come in” Replied Airin. Estella came in and had a sit. She browsed around the room and saw the dining table had served a set of cande-lite dinner for two. Airin seemed aware of the situation, so she said, “Enjoy yourself Estella, I will set the dinner for three of us, okay”. Estella kept smiling at her and followed her to the kitchen. “But Finn never tell me about you, Airin” Said Estella. “I guess so, Est, Finn a lil bit introvert, right ? she also just tell me about you once accidently, when I saw the ring on her Finnger at the first time I met her again” Answered Airin. Estella helped Airin to serve the dining table. “Where do you know her?” Asked Estella. “We were friends when we were in junior high school and just meet again several months ago” Answered Airin. “I had never seen you around while I was staying her ?” Asked Estella further/ “Yes, because I just stopped by when I had a chance, I have my own family, and just be able to come here whenever I have a duty trip or back home from the trip” Said Airin.
They were sitting in the living room waiting for Finnerella. “What time she’ll be home ?” Asked Estella again. “A moment later, she’ll be home tonight” said airin. Estella stood up, took her traveling bag and went to Finn’s Bedroom. Airin looked at her but she kept quiet. Estella looked around the bedroom and tried to Finnd the answer of so many questions on her mind about Airin. She was feeling disturbed of the coming of Airin. She imagined of being together with Finn only tonight and share the intimate moment together. She prepared Finn’s pajama and then went out again after put the traveling bag there, and joined airin, watched the television.
Someone was knocking the door, and Airin stood up followed by Estella to opened the door. “It must be Finn” Said Airin and opened the door. “Welcome home Finn” Greeted airin and give her a hug. “Hi, Airin, oh.. There you are Estella” Greeted Finn altogether. Estella smiled and Finn came to her ang give her hug also. “What a lovely surprise you are both here” Said Finn. “Tired enough Finn ? asked Airin. “Hmm.. yeah a lil bit” Finn answered and had a sit in the sofa. She sighed. “What makes today become so special ?” asked Finn. “Tomorrow will be your birthday Finn, Airin had served a candle-lite dinner for 3 of us, it’s better for you to freshen up your body first” Estella replied. “Hmm yeah, will be my birthday. Okay, thanks Airin. And excuse me to leave you both to take a bath first” Said Finn. “Okay, I will make the food ready” said Airin. Estella followed Finn’s step to the bedroom and close the bedroom door. Finn smiled at her. And Estella come closer to hug Finn, “I miss you so much Finn” said Estella. “I know, hmm.. let me shower first Estella, I smelled so funny. “I won’t let you go before you kiss me, Finn” Said Estella. Then Finn kissed her eyebrow. “Okay, I’ll go bath myself” Finn smiled.
The’re three enjoying the dinner. Discuss almost anything but the relationshipwmong them. Estella put her attention to Finn’s act. To her and to Airin. She tried to Finnd the answer. Just like Estella, Airin implicitly wanted to know how much Estella means to Finn. After dinner they spent the night together in the living room, joking, discussiong, watching television until Finn fell a sleep on the carpet. She looked very tired today after having a long trip from Papua. Airin and Estella looked at her. And they covered Finn with the bedvocer, and kept quiet between each other. “Would you like to have some hot choclate milk with me Estella?” asked Airin. “We will make together” answered Estella and smiled.
They were then enjoying the fresh air in the balcony. And Talk each other about their past with Finn. It was a ong talk. From heart to heart. “It should be so hard for Finn, Estella” Said Airin. “Yes, I know, I regret it very much, but that was the best I can do, Airin” Said Estella. “She is now a lil bit introvert since then I guess’ Said Airin. “I don’t know, she never asked me anything about our relationship anymore, but I know, the ring is still there, in her Finngers of right hand” Said Estella. “It means she still love you, doesn’t it ?” Said Airin. “I don’t know, But we have not yet discuss it” Said Estella. “Finn has many beautiful lady around her” continued Estella. “Yeah I know” agreed Airin. “It’s been so late, it’s better for us to go to sleep, Estella” Sugessted Airin. “Yes” Said Estella, They then came in and sleep in the living room altogether.
Finn opened her eyes, and saw the ladies around her were still sleeping. She moved slowly and took a shower. As the ladies have not yet waken up, she went to the kitchen and prepare the breakfast. Having them all Finnished, Finn then checked the email. There were few email delivered to her inbox folder and she read it one by one. Rafael, a friend of her from Italia wrote her letter, and was telling her how sad she was, desire a lover for a long time in her life. Nadya Mochtar, her secretary, send her a wonderful birthday e-card. It’s lovely, Nadya indeed had not yet met her in these two days, since Finn was out of town. She enjoyed reading letter from her best friend in Silver Spring, Ruth, while she was hugged from her back. “Many happy return of the day, Finnerella” said Estella kissing her neck, and turned the chair around and hug her again so tight.”Thanks, Estella!” Said Finn. Estella Wishpered in her ears, “Do you know that I love you so much Finn ?”. Finn loosen herself from Estella slowly, And just giving her a smile and blink her eyes.”I have made our breakfast, Where is Airin?” Said Fnn. “Here I am,” Said Airin. She came closer and Hugged Finn and kiss her cheecks, Have a wonderful birthday, Finn” Said Airin. “Certainly, Airin, Thanks. It is wonderful, even it was, before the moment occurred, because you both here with me” Finn Answered. They were then had their breakfast together. “The flight will depart at 10, Finn, Would you please bring me to the airport ?” asked airin. “Be my guest” Finn answered.
They were going to the airport and saw Airin Off, Airin would go to Malaysa for a busiess trip. And ten Estella and Finnerella, went back home together, Estella would also go back home, because she had already run away for a day from her family and left Bobby. She could not stay any longer, though she really want it very much. She hadn’t had a special moment with Finn . But it was late already. “You both looked so close one to another”. Said Estella. “Yes, we are friends since teenager” Finn replied. “She is beautiful and has so many maternity feelings perfect in taking care of everything nicely” Said Estella again. “Hmm” Finn kept continuing to drive.
They have arrived in the corner of a street, Estella did not want Finn bring her home directly so she decided to stop there, and walked back home
Estella came into her home, and nobody there inside the guest room, she directly went to Bobby’s room, but he was not there, she went to her bedroom, and Finnally found her husband Harry was sitting on the bed and looked at her as if he knew already her coming.
“Where did you go ?” asked Harry with anger. Estella slowed down her steps, stopped a moment but continue walking to the bathroom. “I was visiting my friends” She answered without looking at Harry. “Friends ? or Your lover one ? A lesbian Lover ?” he shouted so loud. Estella kept quiet. Harry came closer to her back and turned her body around until her face closed to his face. Harry really got angry, He hit her face, and pull her and threw her to the bed. “I warned you already, Estella!” He shouted again. “God Damned you, We did nothing”, She answered out loud. “Where is Bobby, Harry”, Asked Estella as she began to cry. “He is not important to you, right ? You left Bobby alone, just to do your fucking sins!” He answered. “Oh please harry, where is Bobby?” She questioned him again and started to worry about her son and felt so guilty. “I have warned you many times and you never bored to have quarrels about the same trouble, Maybe I have to give you a real lessons instead” Said Harry starting to threw away her dress one by one in cruel. “No please Harry, Please don’t do that to me, I am exhausted” She begged. But Harry didn’t care what she say, He had already set down his beer and grabbed her breast with his other hand. His mouth crushed down pn hers and he bit her lips. ‘Wanna fuck?” She was used to the way he said it by now. After several years, the brutality of the way he made love to her no longer shocked or surprised. It had been different when they first met, He was gentler, but once they were married, things had gradually changed, and it was as though he were crazed to posses her sometimes and couldn’t go deep enough or hard enough.
