IMITATION BLINDS
On my way back home from work, I used to pass the street where there was a beggar who was blind standing beside the traffic light. As I always prepare some coins on the coin box in my car, I used to give some of those coins to him without saying anything every time I meet him, and He thanked me in return.
One day I passed the street, as the traffic light turn to red so I had to stop my car and the blind beggar as usual was there. Unfortunately, that was the time when I have no more coin left on the box. So, I just stayed quiet and did not open my window car when he knocked it. He kept continuing knock the window car, Considering that he was blind and he could not see my gesture sign, I decided to open the window to telling him how regret I am for not being able to give him any money.
To my surprise, before I started to talk, He directly greeted me, GOD blesses you, please give me some coins just like you always do, madam!. I wonder how can he know I am a woman and remember me the one who usually give him some coins.
MORE DELICIOUS WHEN IT COMES BIGGER
I was having a business lunch with some of my Italian expatriate business partners who have just arrived in town. As they let me choose the best menu for them, I ordered a set traditional cuisine and another set of Italian cuisine to meet to their taste.
When the food was already served, one of them tasted a kind of sundanesse traditional soup and said, Wow, It taste so good and delicious ! What is it actually ?. It is Rebung Soup, Sir, the vegetable is from a small bamboo tree I explained.
He shook his head amazingly and said, It is great !, the small bamboo tree is very delicious, The soup will be more delicious when it comes bigger, right ?
THE SAUCE
Having dinner in the traditional restaurants downtown with my friends come from abroad, as they just paid me a visit \during their holiday, The restaurant served a plate of Nangka (Jackfruit) and a bowl of palm oil.
Before I explained how to eat the jackfruit, one of them has taken some of the jackfruit to his plate and sour them with the palm oil and started to eat them one by one, and during his eating he asked me, What is it ? The fruit taste so good, but the sauce a lil bit strange in my mouth.
I smiled at him and answered, It is Jackfruit, and actually you can eat them directly without pouring the palm oil on it. Because of this fruit a lil bit sticky to your hands, you can use the palm oil to wash your hands.
