Before attempting any of these tricks you need to be able to clear the jumps with no trouble.
1.X-Up-After you leave the jump, just before the bike levels out, you need to turn the handlbars into a crossed up position. But make sure you have enough time to bring back the handlbars before you land.
2.Tabletop-When you leave the jump, with your inside hand, push toward the ground. Then suck up the bike with your legs and hips.
3.Barspin-When you leave the jump, level out the bike while pinching the seat with your knees. Spin your handlebars with one hand and catch them with the other hand. Then dive the front end and get ready to land.
4.360-When you leave the jump, turn your handlebars the direction that you want to spin, and when you leave the jump "throw" your hips in the direction that your spinning(but avoid yanking to much.) And when your spinning, keep looking for the landing.
5.Superman-As you're leaving the jump, slide your feet off of the back of the pedals, and extend your feet as far out as you can. Then bring back your feet while keeping your eyes on the pedals, and prepare to land.
6.TailWhip-Take your feet off of the pedals, and kick the rear of the bike around and make a circular motion with your hands. Then bring your feet back onto the pedals and ride away.
7.No Footed Can-Can-Practice this trick by first doing a regular Can-Can many times. Then bring one foot over the top tube and take off the other foot and extend it out as far as you can, and bring your feet back before you land.
