Raw is war was in New Haven, Conneticut. Cactus Jack came out and started talking. Then he showed some footage of Cactus Jack Beating up HHH at Madison Square Garden in 1997. He then said what he did to HHH at Madison Square Garden, in 1997 was just a little bit of what he is going to do at the royal rumble. Then Cactus Jack said lets fight right now no tittle match. Then HHH came out and started talking to Cactus Jack. Then the rest of DX came and started gangging up on Cactus Jack. Then Rock came to help Cactus Jack, but before he could get there Big Show came and through the Rock into the audience. Then Big Show came after DX. Then the Acolytes came out and started beating up the outlaws. Then Cactus Jack started coming back on HHH then it went to commercial break.

The first match was Big Bossman vs. Test for the Hardcore Championship. Right when the match started they started fighting in the backstage area. Big Bossman started making test's nose bleed again. He used this garage thing and started closig it on his troat. He then brought it back up and went for the pin he only got a two count. Then Test started coming back. They went back in the ring. Bossman had a garbage can, and Prince Albert came out. Bossman hit Albert with it then he hit Test. Then Bossman was about to hit Test with the nightstick, but Prince Albert came back up and started beating up Bossman then Test hit Prince Albert out of the ring. He then body slammed Bossman to the ring floor, and then took his stick and went to the turnbuckle and jumped down with the nightstick and hit the Bossman and won the tittle. Then bossman started getting his revenge on Prince Albert.

Next Godfather came out with his ladies and with D-lo Brown. hey were going to face Edge and Christian. During the match christian by accident knocked one of the ladies off the apron. Edge went to help her, and Christain got pinned. Then the Godfather gave the Ladies to Edge. Edge then left without Christian.

The next match was Kurt Angle vs. Blackman. Then he started talking to the crowd about his mystery opponent at the Royal Rumble. He said he could beat any one in the WWF. Kurt Angle did win the match because the British Bulldog came and gave a low blow to Blackman with the Kendell stick. Then Angle was going crazy over the win over Blackman.

Next HHH and X-Pac accompanied by Stephanie came out to battle the Acolytes. At First Bradshaw took on HHH In the stands and Farooq took on X-Pac outside the ring. The match was over when The Outlaws came in the middle and started helpind X-Pac and HHH. The Acolytes were very hurt.

Next Michael Cole was reporing in San Antonio about Stone Cold. He said his neck sugery went very well. Then Dr. Youngblood came out. "He was very optimistic concerning a return to the ring for Stone Cold" That last sentance was by wwf.com.

In singles competition, Jeff Hardy took on Buh-Buh Ray Dudley. In typical Hardy fashion, the action was fast and furious. When it was all said and done, it was Jeff Hardy pinning Buh-Buh Ray after delivering a centon bomb. After the match the Dudleyz brutally attacked the Hardys, highlighted by Matt being superbombed onto his brother on top of a table.

The next match was Rikishi vs. Jericho for the IC tittle. Hardcore Then started beating up Rikishi. Then Too Cool came down to help Rikishi. Then Too Cool and Rikishi started to dance.

The next match match was Kane vs. Prince Albert. Kane quickly won by a Chokeslam. Then Albert asked Kane do you enjoy being controlled by women. Albert then said he enjoys it.

The main event was the Outlaws vs. Rock and Show. Before the match started Rock and Show started punching each other. The referee seperated them and the match started. HHH, Stephanie, and X-Pac watched from the ramp. Rock hit Road Dogg hit a Rock bottom,but Billy Gunn broke the count. Rock hit Big Show with a steel chair. Which let Billy pin him for the win. Then the Rock gave the people's elbow to Show. Then Raw went off air.
