Captain Underpants is a use-to-be-famous-about-two-or-three-years-ago superhero. Created by Dav Pilkey, he has saved the world 4 times (and is going to save it 5 as soon as his new book comes out!) with the help of Harold Hutchins and George Beard. The books are funny. The new book that's going to come out is "The Wrath of the Wicked Wedgie Woman." His four other books include:

Here's how Captain Underpants was formed (short version):
Once upon a time there were two cool kids named George and Harold. They did a trick in school and got in trouble. They had to do alot of work because the the Principal (Mr. Krupp) made them do it. So George brought a 3D Hypno Ring and hypnotized Mr. Krupp (and while that was happening, they fiddled with the stuff in his office) and turned him into CAPTAIN UNDERPANTS. George and Harold saved Mr. Krupp (and the universe) 4 times. The only way to turn him back into Mr. Krupp is to pour water on his head. But for some strange reason, whenever you snap your fingers around Mr. Krupp, he turns back into you-know-who!

What happened:
1st book Captain Underpants was made and they had to save Captain Underpants (and the universe from blowing up) from Dr. Daiper.

2nd book How George and Harold made talking toilets on accident and they had to kill them (with the help of Captain Underpants).

3rd book
How aliens came to earth and tried to take over the world. Also how a one-fingered alien snaps his/her finger and instructions on how to buy a cheeseburger at a shoe store. Also how the kids in the school (not George and Harold) got turned into Zombie Nerds. They defeated all of them and Captain Underpants got superpowers. Then he could fly!

4th book How Prof. Poopypants made everybody change their names to funny names (such as hisself) and how he was defeated and how he changed his own name.

5th book How should I know?????
