ToGi is Rock trainer, he trains rock-type pokemon. His gym is on a large Mountain (no not mount moon)... ToGi loves rock pokemon cause he says "they fit his certain personality" Thats common between trainers and there pokemon... in thats really the whole pokemon theory.
