These are specially suited to all people who are not interested in the combat applications or fighting aspects but more towards the yogic and spiritual aspects of Taoist Shan fu jow system 1.Special Healing & natural remedies in martial arts course: 3-5 days cost: 250$ [ 2.Traditional Taiji Quigong [Chi kung] system of Shan fu jow:- 3-5 days cost:300$ Yijinjing(limbering-up exercises for the tendons) is still used today as a means of keeping fit and a therapeutic exercise for orthopedic patients during convalescence. Just as the name impiles--Yi(limber up or strengthen) + Jin (tendons)+Jing (method)--the exercises are designed to strengthen flaccid and frail muscles and tendons. The movement of yijinjing are at once vigorous and gentle , and their performance calls for a unity of will and strength.
