Three forms of business identification are required. Please choose from among the following six items: 1. Photostat or original of your retail sales license 2. Photostat or original of your sales tax number 3. Company letterhead for your store 4. Company business card 5. Purchase order or factory invoice copies 6. Proof of commercial checking account Guests Please note that only two (2) guests per store are allowed. Guests must be accompanied by a buyer at all times. Buyer badges are non-transferable. Registration Hours Saturday June 19 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sunday June 20 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday June 21 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday June 22 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM Registration will take place at the Eighth Street entrance to the Concourse Exhibition Center. Children under the age of 12 will not be allowed in the show area. Children left in the lobby area of the Concourse must be accompanied by a guardian at all times. Infants in front packs are the only exception. Strollers are not permitted on the show floor. Smoking: The Concourse Exhibition Center, in accordance with the laws of San Francisco, is a smoke-free facility. 1999 August 21-24 October 23-26  |
