I need to talk to someone
You see, I am not happy
I was hit again last night
I thought it would stop
When we got a new house
But, now he has new friends
I'm trapped in this circle of life

At 3am, a man beat his wife to death on Happy Lane. Reports say that she's a repeat abuse victim. All they found next to her was a page from her diary.

This is a true poem/song about a friend of mine. Don't let this happen to you.

If you are in a bad situation, don't think that it will get better...It won't. I've personally been there, done that, got the scars to prove it.

You have to get help for yourself, especially if your significant other thinks there's nothing wrong. Don't end up on the front page of the newspaper.

Always know that I, as a person and new friend, will be here for anyone who needs to talk or just get some things off their chest. I will be praying for all of you out there that have been through this and/or are still going through it.

I love you all as my sisters and brothers in the Lord.
