| The following are some developments The Forest City Land Group has been involved with: EATON ESTATE: Planned Community of 625 acres in Sagamore Hills Township, located between Akron and Cleveland. Consists of 623 acres with 1,400 dwellings. Located between Houghton Rd., Old Eight Rd., and Valley View Rd. THORNBURY: Situated in Solon, Ohio. The Forest City Land Group worked with Solon officials and the Town Planning Commission over a three-year period. Thornbury is a 316-acre community consisting of 71 one acre and 118 one-half acre lots and 61 detached cluster homes with 120 acres of open space. ETHAN'S GREEN/THE LEDGES: Located in Twinsburg, Ohio, is a master planned golf course community of 880 acres. Consists of 2,000 dwellings and 44 acres of commercial uses. There are over 180 acres of open space and the 18-hole golf course. Located off Darrow Rd. (St. Rte. 91) and Liberty Road. RIVER OAKS (Ohio): 553 acres with 130 dwellings. ABERDEEN (Ohio): 412 acres with 650 dwellings. SILVER LAKES (Florida): 2,480 acres with 5,500 dwellings. SEVEN HILLS (Nevada): 1,300 acres with 3,400 dwellings.
