Masks
This is how to get the masks you need during the game:
Deku Mask- You start off with it.

Bremen Mask- You receive it from a weird guy in the Laundry Pool part of Clock Town during the 1rst or 2nd day.

Great Fairy Mask- You get this mask after returning the 2nd lost fairy to the Great Fairy.

Bunny Hood- You get this bye using the Bremen Mask to herd all the chicks to the Chicken Coop.

Mask Of Scents- Follow the Deku through the tunnel (use the Bunny Hood to keep up) to the left of the Deku Palace.

Goron Mask- Play the Song Of Healing to the Old Goron Ghost after following him to the Goron Shrine.

Romani's Mask- Finish Romani's and Cremia's notebook entries.

Kamaro's Mask- Play the Song Of Healing for the guy dancing on top of the mushroom north of Clock Town.

Blast Mask- Stop the theif after midnight on the 1rst day in North Clock Town.

Kafei's Mask- Speak to the women in the Mayor's House in East Clock Town.

Captain's Hat- Defeat the Sleeping Skeleton in the Graveyard.

Mask Of Truth- Finish the 1rst Spider Dungeon.

All Night Mask- Stop the theif on Day 1 and buy it for 500 rupees in the Curiosity Shop on the 3rd day.

Stone Mask- Use the Lens Of Truth near the Graveyard entrance to find a soldier, give him Red Potion in return for the mask.

Keaton Mask- Go to Kafei's House in the afternoon of the 3rd day after you take the pendant to Anju. Wear this and slash at the bushes that move to make Keaton appear, complete his quiz perfect and you'll get a piece of a heart.

Don Gero's Mask- Light all the torches in Goron Village, then use the Goron Roll to destroy the barrels on the chandelier. Then take the chunk of meat to the Shivering Goron in the Mountain Village.

Zora Mask- Push the sick Zora to shore in the Great Bay and play the Song Of Healing for it.

Garo's Mask- Ride Epona to the Racetrack on Milk Road and win the race.

Postman's Hat- Search the Kafei Notebook entry until you find the Letter to Aroma. Give it to the Postman and talk to him about it.

Circus Leader's Mask- Go into the Milk Bar and help the Zora with his sound check by playing the instruments in each form you can be, Goron, Zora, Deku and Link.

Couple's Mask- Complete Anju's notebook entry by collecting the Stolen Mask. Wear this and talk to the Mayor after 10 PM for a heart piece.

Gibo Mask- Play the Song Of Healing for the Mummy in the Canyon House.

Giant's Mask- Kill the Eyegore in the Inverted Stone Tower.

Fierce Diety Mask- Gather all of the Masks in this list then complete the Mini- Dungeons at the end of the game.

Useful Items
Adult Wallet- Give banker 200 rupees or more to get this. It allows you to hold up to 200 rupees.

Giant Wallet- Finish 2nd Spider Dungeon. Allows you to hold up to 500 rupees.

Large Quiver- Beat record in East Clock Town Shooting Gallery. Allows you to hold up to 40 arrows.

Hero Bow- Found in Woodfall Temple. Allows you to shoot arrows. Comes with 30 arrows.

Bombs- Buy Bomb Bag in West Clock Town to be able to get bombs.

Bombchu- Found in a hole in the ground to the east of Clock Town near the Graveyard entrance, blow up a rock to find it. In another hole in a cliff wall in the Great Bay Coast, near the Fairy's Fountain.

Razor Sword- Visit the smith's in Mountain Village after you beat the Snowhead Temple. Pay them 100 rupees. the sword will disappear when you travel back in time.

Gilded Sword- Get Razor Sword. Win the Goron Races to get Gold Dust. It will allow the smith's to forge you this sword. It won't disappear when you go back in time.

Camera- Save the witch in the Southern Swamp.

Hookshot- Found in Pirate's Fortress.

Lens Of Truth- Follow the owl across hidden platforms in Goron Town to a cave.

Powder Keg- You can buy it in Goron Town for 100 rupees. You must complete the seller's test before you do this. You can also buy one for 50 rupees from a goron in the Clock Town Bomb Shop if you're wearing the Goron Mask.

Bottles:
1. Get the medicine for the witch in the Southern Swamp. It will be in a bottle.
2. Finish Romani's notebook entry at the Ranch to receive a bottle of milk.
3. Win the Goron Races and you'll get a bottle of Gold Dust.
4. Win the Beaver Races at Great Bay (you'll need the hookshot to get there).
5. Finish the Graveyard side-quest.
6. Finish Madam Aroma's notebook entry.
