Catch level 100+ Pokémon
Talk to the man who said he has had his coffee then watch him catch
Weedle. Fly to Cinabar Island and Surf on the coast thats closest to The
Seafoam Islands. Keep surfing up and down after a while you will run
into your level 100+ Pokémon.You may get a Rattata, Snorlax, Golduck,
Starmie, or like me get a Wartortle. I advise doing the cheat below
first before you try to catch these Pokémon.

99+ of any Item
Do the same as the cheat above.Put the item you want to make 99 of as
your 6th item yes you can put a MasterBall or RareCandy there. Then you
will run into a Pokémon named Missingo or "M". DO NOT CATCH HIM!!!!!!!!!
RUN AWAY FROM OR KILL HIM HE ONLY HAS 13 DEFFENSE. Afterwards you will
have a little screwed up spot and a number after that item. You now have
over a 100 of that item.

Clone Pokémon
What you will need is 2 gameboys.
A conector cable.
And two Pokémon Games.
GameBoyA picks the desired Pokémon that will be cloned.
GameboyB picks a sorry Pokémon like Pidgey or Rattata.
Each Pokémon gets traded.
Then a screen will say please wait.
Then the screen will go blank while it does so GameBoyA shuts their
GameBoy off.
Then a screen will say Trade Completed on GameBoyB's screen.
Both People have the desired Pokémon.

Tips
Pokémon to use on the Elite Four
Make sure that you include a Pokémon from these types in your lineup.
Grass: I prefer you bring Venusaur.
Water: I prefer you bring Blastoise.
Fire: I prefer you bring Charizard.
Psyhcic: I prefer you bring Hypno.
Ghost: I prefer you bring Gengar or Haunter.
Dragon: I prefer you bringDragonite.

What Pokémon to start with.
You should start of with Squirtle. It may make more sense to start of
with Bulbasaur because he beats Brock and Misty easly he wont get you
far. Squirtle is the best because you get to fight Venusaur at the end
instead of Charizard.
