| Like Red/Blue, you start off in your room Playing the SNES(for those who haven't figured it out yet, it stands for Super Nintendo Entertainment System). Before you leave, grab the POTION in your PC. Unless you wanna talk to the people and hear the same things they told you in Red/Blue, head straight to Route 1, PROF. OAK will stop you, but instead of automatically taking you to his lab, the screen will flash and you'll see Oak in battle mode as a Wild Pikachu appears. OAK gets lucky and catches it without a battle. Afterwards he'll take you to his lab, where there is only one Pokéball, which contains Eevee. Oak let's you pick first, but before you can grab it, your RIVAL pushes you out of the way and claims it for hisself. You get the Pikachu OAK vcaught earlier. After the battle between you and your RIVAL, Gary will leave and Pikachu will pop out of its Pokéball and follow you around, even though it's not to thrilled with being yours at first. |
