Presentations, Spreadsheets and Typing - English, Spanish and Portuguese We create PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and offer a variety of word processing / typing services in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Spreadsheets ($20.00 per hour) Preparation of spreadsheets and graphs. Straight Copy Typing ($2.00 per double spaced page, $4.00 per single spaced page) College Papers / Theses / Reports / Dissertations. (If you have over 100 pages of typing, this price may be negotiable. If you should request two copies, the cost will be $3.00 per double spaced page and $5.00 for single spaced page.) Translation - English, Spanish and Portuguese $0.10 a word. (If you have a big project, this price may be negotiable.) Payment We accept the following forms of payment: money order and check. There will be a service charge of $25.00 for any returned checks. A monthly late fee will be assessed to any overdue payments, as listed: 3% late fee: 15 days overdue; 10% late fee: 30 days overdue; 15% late fee: 60 days overdue; 20% late fee: 90 days overdue. For clients with on-going business, we offer retainer plans: 20 hours per month: 10% off hourly rate; 40 hours per month: 15% off hourly rate; 60 hours per month: 20% off hourly rate. Upon receipt of your material, we will provide you with an estimate. (*) Our listed prices may vary depending on the conditions of the material received (legibility, tidiness, etc). (**) Our payment terms are 50% upon approval of estimate and the balance, including adjustments that may be requested on the original material, should be received upon receipt of material. Manuscript / Screenplay Typing 0 - 150 pages: $3.00 per page; 150 - 300 pages: $2.50 per page; > 300 pages: $2.00 per page. Rush Fees Services usually require 3-5 business days to process depending on the size of the project. However, we offer rush services for an additional fee, as follows: 12 hour weekday rush service: 75% surcharge; 24 hour weekday rush service: 50% surchage; 2-3 business day rush service: 25% surcharge; Saturday service: 35% surcharge; Saturday 24 hour service: 65% surcharge; Sunday/Holiday service: 50% surcharge: Sunday/Holiday 24 hour service: 100% surcharge.
