What is website forwarding?
You may have a website hosted somewhere and your web address might be something like http://yourwebhostsname.com/yoursitesname/page.html
With website forwarding your website can be accessed by typing your easy to remember domain name.

What is email forwarding?
With email forwarding when a user sends email to a user at your domain name the email is routed to an existing email account you specify.
A catch all email address sends any email at your domain not specified with a specific username to an email address you specify. For more on email forwarding click here.

How do I set up my forwarding?
Instruction's as well as links for setting up your domain name and services are provided in the confirmation email that is sent when your domain name is registered.

How do I change my contact information?
Log in to your domain and click contact information.
Enter the information as you want it to appear in the WhoIs database and click modify.
Allow 24-48 hours for the information to be updated in the WhoIs database.

How do I change my Name Servers?
Log in to your domain and click Name Servers, and select use your own servers from the drop down box. Enter the nameservers of your new host which is usually something like NS1.thehost.com and NS2.thehost.com , and then click modify.
Unless you have hosting requiring you be on their nameservers this will not be necessary, you can use an MX record, A address Cname, or website forwarding.
Note It will take 1-3 day's for name server changes to be recognized or "propogated" throughout the internet.

How valid is my domain name if registered with you?
Domain names registered with us are as valid as with any other registrar!

How long does it take for my changes to take effect?
Initial settings normally take 24 hours to take effect after that changes take effect in a few hours after you make them. The zone files are also updated twice per day at 8AM and 8PM so any changes made will be picked up in the update. We also sell upgrades from our free services which include instant updates, domain cloaking and lot's more! Click here for details.
Note: Many times your settings are cached in your system memory and although you do not see them other users will. If you have made changes and do not see them try clicking the refresh button on your browser.
