Spam Policy
SPAM. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward SPAM--sending
unsolicited bulk email to promote your Web site. Any site found SPAMMING
will be removed immediately--No Warnings and No Refunds!
If you are using "safe" mail lists or paying third parties to send email for
you, you should know that many of these purveyors of data and service are
setting you up for spam complaints. Beware!
If your site is found spamming, we will disable your site and display the following
message:
This site has been disabled for sending unsolicited email (SPAM).
SPAM is a violation of the Rules and Regulations set forth as the
User License Agreement for this system.
The reason we display the spam message on any site removed for spamming is to
make it clear to all that the site has been removed for spam violations.
We were shut down because it was not clear that a spamming site
had been removed from our system--even though we had removed it two weeks
beforehand. We have taken this precaution to protect our many legitimate site
owners against the rogue behavior of a few.
