Site Editor
The Site Editor is the base for all aspects of site management. It consists of three elements: a set of navigation buttons across the top; a list of navigation links on the left; and a table of selectable pages in the middle.
The buttons across the top are used primarily to access site information and site-building tools. These buttons link to a wide assortment of tools and objects available for building and managing Web sites--Statistics, Storage, Forms, Polls, Maxlets, Images, and so on. Each button links to its own area and you should explore them by clicking each button to see where it leads.
The left side Select panel provides links to site administration and maintenance areas, and to Site Fields. The top-level entries on the Select panel contain subordinate menu options. These upper options can be opened and closed by clicking them. This allows you to keep the items you are currently working with visible. The subordinate options are described throughout this guide. Under top level Site, there are links for Creating and Deleting pages, setting site-wide Options, site Administration, and more. You should click each of these links to see where they lead. For a description of the Site Fields menu see Site Fields. To Delete your entire site, click the Delete Site button beneath the left side Select panel.
The middle table displays a selectable list of the site's pages and related info about each page. To update a page click its name in this display. If you have created two or more pages in addition the the Home page, the page list display allows you to switch between two modes: Show Secondary Pages by Name and Show Secondary Pages by Sequence. A button displayed beneath the heading will toggle the display between the two modes. For more information on sequencing pages see Sequencing Pages.
