To select a style of presentation for the upper portion of your page click Header Style on the Page menu of the Page Editor Select panel. The border size and grid size options control the size of the frame around the Title, Subtitle, and Header Image of your page. The current border size and grid size selections are highlighted. Various presentations are available. Click the Select button above the option you wish to choose. The Select button of your current selection is highlighted.
