So what's the difference between Ultimate Spidey and plain old Spidey? Well, in Ultimate Spider-Man (Spidey) Peter Parker is a fifteen year old high school student, whereas in normal Spidey he is a 30 or something year old scientist teacher person. So, already a big difference. Well, 15 year old Peter Parker is picked on at school. loads. But in Issue One, Poweless, we actually SEE THE RADIOACTIVE SPIDER BITE HIM! How cool is that?! Anyway, the next day one of the thugs that is always bullying him is about to kick him, but his Spider-Sense tingles and Peter dodges, grabs the guy's leg, and throws him to the floor. So, he knows something's up. And also, if you ask me, Mary-Jane's a lot better looking in Ultimate Spider-Man than in regular Spider-Man. Just an opinion, MJ... Anyway, search for Ultimate Spider-Man Power and Responsibility on Amazon, and you should see a front cover that has a bulbous-headed Spidey swinging across what I think is a photo of some American city, probably Queens. I got it for £6.99 and it arrived this Saturday morning, yes, the mornjing on which i am typing, and I have to say that so far it is one of the biggest bargains, like, EVAR! Innit! It's got the ENTIRE FIRST SEVEN ISSUES and is easily, so far, as good as, if not better, than the game. And it's nice and shiny! Yays for everyone. So, this leaves me with but one more thing to say...
