Also look where you go because you might get stuck plus always get a pokemon with fly in case you do get stuck. 56) Skip Brock To skip Brock, do this. Press start to get the menu. Put the arrow on Save. Press B. In Pewter City go to the guy who takes you to the door of the gym. Try to get the menu up just before you start walking. If you can press save and then turn off the game. Turn the game back on and then the guy will take you to the gym again accept this time instead of being just in front of you he will be a few steps diagonally from you. He will end up on top of the girl who talks about Clefairys. After he leaves you will probably find out he's not where he usually is so go through the place where he was and continue on to Mount Moon. This code doesn't always work! 57) Win at the Rocket Game Center At the Rocket Game Center if you have Chansey as the only one in your party, you will win at the slots. If Chansey is at level 50, you win 50% of the time. Level 60 wins 60% of the time and so on. If you have a level 100% Chansey, you will always win. 58) Get free Full Restores at Indigo Plateau's mart/center To get free Full Restores at Indigo Plateau's mart/center go to the shop area, and choose the Full Restore. Set the quantity to 20, but even though it says $60000, when you choose yes you will get it all for FREE. 59) Cancel evaluation trick If you cancel evaluation with most of the Pokemon that evolve by level, they learn moves quicker. 60) Way to find the key to get to Blain's gym On Cinnabar island the way to find the key to get to Blain's gym is enter the building. Go up the first flight of steps and there is a room above you and a gargoyle to the left of you go to the statue and press A it will say "A secret switch!" and then it will say:"Press it"? select yes and go to the room that is above you there should be stairs take them you will see another statue. press the button. This lets you have access to a new room! There is a scientist in there but you will take him out after a few blows. He says "Why don't you start out over there at the bottom of the screen there are two doorways go in the one on the right and you will be in a room with two or three rows of plants go to the stairs near them and they will take you to a huge room go up and left until you see the last room and in there you will find the secret key then you go to this guy near a switch press the switch and go to the stairs that lead to the room of plants a door should have opened and you take another doorway and it exits you then you get to beat Blaine. 61) Turn an original pokeball into the master ball You can turn an original pokeball into the all powerful master ball by following this steps: Get into a battle (not a trainer battle), make sure you have a good supply of pokeballs, throw a pokeball, as soon as it says: "blank" used poke ball, hold the up button on the directional pad and B button. When the pokemon is wobbling inside the ball, wait until the second wobble then release the buttons. If you did it correctly, the pokemon will be caught at any level or strength!! Odds in this happening: 4 out of 5 times. NOTE: This only works with a regular pokeball! You can use great balls or ultra balls but the odds are very slim. Approx. 2 out of 5 times. 62) Trading Pokemon warning You may think that if you got gamelink cable that you'll be able to trade your pokemon with a friend and then trade them back so that you're pokemon will gain boosted experience. Think again. Your pokemon game pak will be able to recognize pokemon that were originally caught on your pak, no matter how many paks the pokemon has been traded though. 63) Get 99 Pokeballs for free At a Pokemart, select buy, then select Pokeballs, set the quantity to 3 and no money will be taken. You can do this up until you have 99 pokeballs. 64) One minute victory To beat pokemon in 1 min. what you have to do is right when you start your game save. Then when you save the next time, turn off your game boy right before it finishes. On pokemon, it saves everything in order. First it saves your progress, then the pokemon you have, then your time. By turning off your game boy, you will stop it from saving your time, and since you saved at the Beginning of the game, it will show one minute. 65) Dig and Surf Not really a secret but fun! All you need is DIG and SURF. You can dig while you're in water! 66) Old man on a Roof Go to seafoam island. make sure you have a pokemon with SURF equipped. also make sure you don't have the secret key to the gym. now swim. go to the up to the gym. go left to get on land and go to the door. you should get the DOOR LOCKED message, but you will also see a man on the roof works on both versions. 67) The secret to the Poké Sitter is that for every one step that you take the pokemon that he is watching gains one experience point. 68) If you beat The Eliot 4 100 times Profesor Oak will take you to a Hidden Valley There you will find Togapie, Pikablue, Ohoe ect. He will ask you if you are in a HURRY select NO. He will show how to catch Pokemon. When hes done Fly to Cinnabar Island. Then surf on the RIGHT coast. Make sure your 1/2 on land 1/2 on Water. Go beat the elite four.after you did that go to indigo pleatue. Giovani will be there. Talk to him and he will give you a ash stone. Use it on one of your charizards and it will evolve. It works behind every one. Submitted by Jaren McCormick 73)99 of Any Item To get 99 of any item, first put the item you want to multiply in the sixth item slot. Now use FLY and go to Viridian City. Talk to the old man almost all the way north of the town. When he asks if you are in a hurry, say no and watch him catch a weedle. Right after that, fly to Fuchsia city. Make your way south and, when you you reach the water's edge, use SURF and make your way to Seafoam island. When you get to seafoam island, swim up and down the beach until you run into a Pokemon called "M" (a glitch like Missingno.) Once you see him, kill him or run away. DO NOT CATCH HIM! After that, you should have 99 of your sixth item! 74)Level 100+ Pokemon Follow these instructions to catch pokemon with really high levels. Talk to the old man in Viridian City who shows you how to catch pokemon. Fly directly to Cinnabar Island. Put your strongest pokemon on your team. You might want to save now. Surf on the shore where the land touches water. Keep Surfing until you run into one of these strong pokemon. These pokemon are well above level 100. Unfortunately, they will revert back to Level 100 if they gain any experience points. Rare Candy is the only thing that raises their level. They can be used in a two-player battle without losing their level, so have fun liquidating your friends! NOTE: This is a bug in the game. It will not work in newer versions of Pokemon and may crash your game if you try it. |
