=============
Time: 13th year of the reign of King Julius.
In the 13th year of the reign of King Julius, a massive storm engulfed the 400 mile island, Cortana. The land was dark for 3 days, before finally fading. Julius looked out his window, and found his entire country side in the state of ruin. Surviving cattle ran loose, cities were destroyed, and people were left without a home. Julius' econimical state was now also in ruin. King Julius immediately summoned his 5 advisors, better known as the Sages. However, the Sages were no where to be found. Julius sent his army to find them, but to no avail. The Sages had to be found, or the people of Cortana would die of starvation.
However, it appeared this was only one of many of Julius' troubles. The neighboring island Lumina had declared war on Julius' small island. It would only be days before the enemy ships dropped their troops on the island. Julius sent for every young man that could wield a sword to join his army. A particulerarly strong knight joined the army, and was sent to defend the beach's of Cortana.
The two armies clashed, and Cortana's army was defeated. The young knight however, survived the fight to live another day.
Julius' throne was overthown, and Julius' himself locked away in the Tower of Anatom. The young knight was desperate to get his king back, but saving his king would eventually lead in a campaign that consisted of only himself to save the world. It appears there was much more to the storm than met the eye that fateful night on Cortana, and Cortana and Lumina werent the only nations at war. Join the young knight in this epic tale of good versus evil, all the while playing as the knight that would one day define what it meens to be a hero. |
