Hi everybody, let me introduce myself to you. My name is Manuel Fontaine. I'm 20 years old and i study humanities at CÉGEP Haute-Yamaska of Granby what is located in my hometown. A CÉGEP is the same thing than college. Granby, it's a city of 50 000 inhabitants where i'm still spending years of my young life of bachelor there since my birth. I'm a 6'2" tall guy with a huge sense of humour and imagination.
Since the introduction of european exchange students at my high school, i'm so minded on Europe. If only you had the chance to see them, they were beautiful tall girls. Over 40 different countries, different meals, different religions, different languages, it's very interesting, you probably know what i mean. I went in Belgium and France one year ago but it wasn't what i was expected of Europe. It's so expensive. A little tip of mine, if you go in Europe, don't forget to bring a lot of money.
Example: (If you have to go to the W.C. in a commercial center, you'll have to pay approximately 50¢, the same price that will cost you if you want ketchup in a restaurant like as McDonalds.)It's just a beginning.
Back to me, i do speak French what is my first language and i speak it everyday. I also speak English because i have no choice to learn it. In Canada, French & English are the two official languages and anyway, i like learning it so. I have a basic of spanish but i can hardly have a conversation with someone who speak it daily for example. I do know a lot of words in many different languages like as Russian, Finnish, German, Japanese and many more. My biggest dream would be to become a translator in French, English, Spanish, German, Finnish, Russian and Japanese. If you can give me some lessons in these languages, just e-mail me.
Enough written about myself. All of my hobbies would be in respective pages on my website so check out what is interesting you on my site and if you have any comments, suggestions or questions, e-mail me so have fun folks. |
