*Please keep in mind that I wrote this poem at a very bitter time, I'm sure you'll be able to tell once you read it. It is very exaggerated, but try putting yourself in my shoes and see where I'm coming from on this one.*

Some people believe in forever
As more than just a fantesy
They give away their hearts
And go on living happily

Some people believe in love
Like it's actually real
They never really understand
What it is they feel

But others know the truth
They've seen it all before
They've had their share of pain
And lived being ignored

They know of all those lies
They've heard the whole book
When those lies were told
It was happiness he took

While some people just believe
Others know the truth
Look into the pain-filled eyes
And you'll find the proof

So remember this phrase
Just like "Never say never"
A dream is just a dream
Nothing lasts forever
