Revelation Lugia
The movie starts out with Lawrence III reading an ancient legend about how the Titan of Fire, the Titan of Lightning, and the Titan of Ice should not be disturbed or the earth's balance will be disturbed and will turn to ash. Lawrence's computer finds out that the Titan of Fire is Moltres, the Titan of Lightning is Zapdos, and the Titan of Ice is Articuno. He first captures Moltres, and proceeds to capture Zapdos.
Ash, Misty, and Tracy are traveling on a boat when they decide to let out all of their pokemon for fresh air. Then a storm starts up and they have to call back their pokemon. It turns out that they are blown way off course and land at the center Orange Islands.
Team Rocket, however, are not so lucky and crashes into the rocks at the same island in their Magikarp boat.
They are met by strange looking islanders that turn out to be getting ready for a ceremony for the Titans later on that night. They learn that Ash is a pokemon trainer and Melody, the flute player for the ceremony, makes him the Chosen One by giving him a "welcome kiss" which angers Misty.
Later on that night, while Ash, Misty and Tracy are eating dinner, Melody appears in a dress and plays the ocarina while dancing on the stage. When she finishes, she announces that Ash is the Chosen One this year to retrieve the three orbs from the Island of Fire, the Island of Lightning, and the Island of Ice.
Ash wishes to take off immediately, but Melody says to relax tonight and go tommorrow, but still he insists. The guide of the boat that Ash and his friends were riding on says that she likes his attitude and offers to take him. So they take off.
When they land on the Island of Fire, Pikachu is too impatient to wait and takes off, Ash runs after him. Pikachu hasn't been smiling at all during this time, at appears he is deeply troubled. As Ash reaches the top of the steps, pikachu runs down and Ash follows into the shrine of the Titan of Fire. The orb is in a statue of Moltres, when Ash picks it up, there is a fire that glows inside of the orb.
As they run out, they see Team Rocket, Melody, Misty, Tracy, and Zapdos. Pikachu attempts to communicate with Zapdos by sending zaps of energy. Zapdos ignores all of them until Pikachu uses most of his energy. Zapdos then replies, saying that Moltres had a rule over this island, but now that he is gone, zapdos plans on taking over.
Lawrence then captures Zapdos, and because Zapdos has run out of electrical energy, he is easily captured. The capturing process of Zapdos takes Ash and his friends, along with Team Rocket with Zapdos to Lawrence's airship.
Deep under the sea, a shadow moves across the ocean. While above ground, at Ash's mother's house, Professor Oak finds Ash's mother tending the garden when it suddenly starts to rain. Then snow. Then it clears up while leaving a small aurora in the sky, when that vanishes, a herd of Diglett come rushing down the path, Professor Oak jumps off of his bicycle as the Diglett takes the bicycle with them. Professor Oak is puzzled.
Professor Ivy contacts Professor Oak with Brock running in the back trying to control the Pokemon in Ivy's lab. They talk about what they think is happening.
Lawrence releases Ash, Misty, Tracy, Melody and Team Rocket then leaves them alone. Melody finds the legend and reads it aloud. Ash decides to help Moltres and Zapdos, they succeed in releasing Moltres who helps Zapdos escape. Articuno is busy with turning the island of lightning into its own island of ice when Lawrence attempts to capture Articuno. Moltres and Zapdos use this time to break through the airship, releasing the bonds of Articuno. They proceed to destroy the airship, which lands on the shrine of the Titan of Lightning. Ash and the rest escape and Ash finds himself with the orb of Lightning.
The next thing that happens are the Legendary Birds attempting to destroy each other when Lugia appears in a great hurricane-tornado. Ash and friends land back on the central Orange Island and meet up with Sloking, who can speak the human language. He directs Ash to place the orbs into holders, then states that he is missing one, and points to the island of Ice. Lugia fails to stop the fighting and crashes back into the sea, Melody, who notices that Lugia's voice is like the ocarina (which is also like a whale's whistling/song), and plays ceremony song. Lugia is revived, and tells them that the song itself cannot save the world's destruction.
Professor Oak and Professor Ivy are in a helicopter with Ash's mom, telling of what is happening to the news reporter. They say that there is an underground river that is disrupted around the central island of the Orange Islands and the island of Fire, Lightning, and Ice, causing the weather problems.
Ash calls out his pokemon and they make a sled from Melody's crashed boat. Halfway, however, the Legendary Birds destroy the sled, and Lugia puts a barrier between them to protect them from further damage. Team Rocket helps them get to the island, running and climbing over rock and rubble, they reach the shrine and manage to get the orb of Ice. Articuno then crashes, defeated, into the shrine and lays there.
Lugia offers to carry Ash and pikachu, Team Rocket catches a ride on his leg, but they find that they weigh him down and let go, crashing into water. Lawrence takes his chance of capturing Lugia. Lugia uses psybeam and runs out of energy, Lawrence captures him, but destroys his ship completely, the magical iron bars lose their direction and Lugia crashes into the sea. Ash falls into the water and floats on the surface, pikachu is still conscious while Ash is not.
Misty volunteers to help get Ash; Ash revives when they get back on the island and starts up the steps, refusing any help. When he places the third orb into its place, Melody plays the ceremony song. Water pours over columns and into the ditches, Lugia revives once again and quells the fighting.
All the pokemon that had arrived in the masses leave. The helicopter Professor Oak and Professor Ivy were on lands and Ash's mother comes running to Ash, telling him how much he is to her and how the whole world is him. Lawrence holds the ancient Mew card, stating that this is how it started. Team Rocket states how good it is to be good and not bad, then they start making plans while James makes comments of "thats good" or "thats bad".

Ash and his friends and Pokémon, on the way of their journey, come to a grassland, where the fresh air is felt. Then they fall asleep, feeling good. But after a while, Togepi wakes, noting Rediba, ladybug-like Pokémon, fly in the sky. He enjoys seeing them passing by, and staggers backward and rolls down the steep of the hill they were on.
Other Pokémon hear his cry and jump up, to see him roll away. Astonished, they run after the baby, calling him, yet hard to keep up with him. He rolls and rolls, and finally, falls into a hole of a tree stump. Pokémon reach there, look into the hole and call Togepi, but there is no reply. They worry about him, and are puzzled to figure out what to do to save him. At that time, Psyduck, who has arrived a minute behind, cannot stop after running down the steep and clash against other Pokémon. All of them are sent to the hole, falling to kick and struggle. But Redibas hold them, and with them on their backs, they fly to a big tree and send them to a branch of it. It is Pokémon valley, and they see a Pokémon Elekid there, who speaks to them in the not so familiar manner. Pikachu gives him a brief explanation that they are looking for their friend, trying to solve his heart. He understands Pikachu, and, to Pikachu's delight, decides to help him and his friends.
They can find Togepi in a nest of Exeggcute soon. Togepi is delighted, as Pikachu and his friends are, and hops out of the nest to go back with them. However, Exeggcute also follow out, making them note that one of them lacks, and they need Togepi for it. Pikachu and his party decide to look for their friend, and led by Elekid, they starts.
In the valley different Pokémon live, and they welcome Pikachu's party. Kireihana entertain them by dancing. They are carried away for a while, but reminded of their purpose there and leave. Then they see Clefairy dance around a big tree, swinging their fingers. A bright light flushes, and a gust of storm blows them away.
They can finally go back to the tree where Togepi is, not finding Exeggcute out. They are annoyed, wondering what to do.
The sky turns dark suddenly, and it starts rain, accompanied by a big storm, which is about to blow the nests of Exeggcute. Pikachu and other Pokémon hold them. The wind roars, and rain spatters over them, but they are not scared, yet tighten their grips, hoping to save their friends. Snorlax stands behind them, blocking the storm. They feel relieved, but the wind carries the nest Togepi in. Pikachu holds fast to it, and Bulbasaur holds Pikachu. Other Pokémon follow, and Snorlax is the last. They stand against storm, as apples are carried and pass near them, distracting Snorlax. He lets his hand off and stretches it out for fruit!
Pokémon and the nest are about to flown away. Quickly chagrined, Snorlax hold his friends again, reeling them in. Once the nest is in the safe conditions, Pikachu and Elekid head for a branch, staring up to the dim sky. They emit electric shocks, striking thunders back. They shocks over and over, until they can finally block them...
The storm is over, and dark clouds have been blown away. They feel relieved, as Chansey comes, with an Exeggcute in her pocket. He joins his friends again, evolving into Exeggcutor, and all the Pokémon are delighted.
Pikachu and his friends go to the exit of the hidden valley and return to Ash and his friends. Just when Misty asks where their Pokemon are, they return.
The End...
