Pokemon Puzzle League is basically the old Tetris Attack game but in Pokemon style. Even though it is an easy game you will become addicted to it since it has six different modes to choose from. Pokemon Puzzle League will be available for the GameBoy Color and N64 systems plus it will be compatible with the GameBoy Transfer Pack and is set to be in stores this fall.

Ash and Pikachu need your help to become Pokemon Puzzle Masters by beating 16 Pokemon Puzzlers and earning badges (puzzle pieces). First you pick a Pokemon you want to battle and then it will take you to a stage where you start your battle. To battle all you have to do is match up three of the same Pokemon type symbols by turning two symbols (right next to each other) and pressing the "A" button. This makes that stack fall down onto the next stack and you do the same until you make the other side lose or you stack too many blocks on each other.

Just like Pokemon Stadium, Pokemon Puzzle League will have different areas to complete and unlock secrets. The six different areas that are in Pokemon Puzzle League are: the Stadium (the main competition), Marathon Zone (regular Tetris mode), Time Challenge (test how many different blocks you can match up in a limited time of two minutes) , Puzzle School, Mimic Mansion (follow different commands), and the Pokemon Spa (battle TR).

Pokemon Puzzle League will make it debut on the N64 system and then it will be available for the GameBoy Color system. A price has been set for both versions: N64 Version-$59.95 and the GameBoy Color Version-$29.95.
