Serebii: A Timeless Encounter
Quick Details:

Two main Pokemon to make appearances is Suikun (#245) and Serebii [Celebi] (#251)
Yukinari travels 40 years into the future with Serebii, and meets Ash and friends.
Mic is the new girl they meet in this movie [+40 years]; she is 17 years old.
Yukinari is a boy they meet inthe movie aswell. He is said to guard Serebii from mankind (you know, cause they will capture it.. study it.. blah blah)
They get into some trouble in the future, however. Bishasu is a future Team Rocket Member, seeking Serebii for himself.
The focus (moral) of this movie is to show children (fans) about the living value of Pokemon, and ultimatly Humans.

ROLE OF SEREBII IN THE MOVIE
Protects, and lives, within the forest.
Balances time [and space] (??)
Is in sudden danger from Mankind, and thus has to travel into the future (shouldn't it be PAST, to fix the FUTURE?)
ROLE OF SUIKUN IN THE MOVIE
After Ash tries to defend Serebii from Bishasu, Suikun suddenly appears. His main porpose is unknown. (Other than he's going to kick Bisashu's ***, or return them back into the past)

Trouble occures when a Lawn Mower is turned on by Lavitar
All new Pokemon (never ever seen before, not in R/B/Y nor G/S/C !!!) is said to be revieled in this OVA
The Base Plot of Celebi: A Timeless Encounter:
It seems that the setting is now, in the beginning protaloge of the movie, is a Big Myseterious Forest. Inside this forest, a call [scream for help] was heard by a boy named, Yukinari. Yukinari seems to be an innocent bistandard in this whole ordeal, but is very couragous and helpfull. As he enters the forest, he meets a girl named Mika. Mika supposidly is the gaurdian of the forest, and is friends with Serebii. Some trouble with human kind (so called "man" ; probably "wood cutters"), Yukinari assists MIka to fend them off. Mika then explains to Yukinari that the forest is in danger, and that they must travel through time to solve the answer they are seeking. Yukinari is suddenly flown through time with Serebii; as Mika waits in the forest alone awaiting their return. They travel 40 years into the future, the time of our hero's; Ash, Misty and Brock. When they arrive, they meet up with our hero's. As Ash grows a kinship with Yukinari, Bisashu appears. Bisasu is a [Future] member of Team Rocket, seeking to capture Serebii. Ash and Yukinari automatically defend Serebii from Bisashu; battling him. Suddenly, the mysterious Pokemon Suikun appears (from the first Johto Episode) . . .

Plot from Pikachu's Exciting Hide-and-Seek
The setting of this year is the West residence in the beach. Various flowers there are the garden in blossom, where Pikachu and new friends they have aquainted play. However, Yorgiras [Larvitar] is not a well companion and casually switches on the Mowing machine [Lawn Mower]. The Mowing Machine creates a loud noise and begins to move...
