PC TIPS:
How to capture the image of an open window to copy to an email or a document:
use the alt+print screen combination of keys on your keyboard. This captures the currently active window.
- The print screen key only copies the entire layout on your screen (not only the current window) and then directly paste in microsoft word.

MSWord tips:
If you have a large list i.e. mailing list copied from a bcc: to clean it up you do the following:
"Ctl+H"
Find what: type whatever you need found all over the page (in my case it was ), (bcc: and space)
Replace with: ,^p (i needed a period at the end of each name)
Then click on "replace all"
