TUNA QUICHE
4 rashers of bacon (chopped)
4 eggs
1 tomato (sliced)
2 x 7oz cans of flaked tuna fish
3 large mushrooms (sliced)
1 onion (chopped)
seasoning
Pre-heat oven to 190c or gas mark 5. Dry fry bacon and onion and place in overproof dish. Beat eggs and seasoning. Drain tuna and add to bacon and onion. Pour over the egg. Place mushrooms and tomatos on the top. Bake for approx. 25 mins. |
