SLIMMING TIPS TO HELP KEEP WEIGHT OFF

1. Never go shopping when hungry.

2. Never eat standing up.

3. Drink plenty of water.

4. Never pick at left-overs.

5. Choose two starters instead of a starter and main course when going out for a meal.

6. When you get a craving go and brush your teeth.

7. Learn about herbs. They can make your meals more tasty and they have no calories.

8. If you miss exercise today it will be easier to miss it tomorrow. Make the effort.

9. On average, more than a fistful of a particular food is too much.

10. Cut out butter and margarine from sandwiches.

11. Exercise is best first thing in the morning.

12. Stand up straight. This will take half a stone off you in other people's eyes.
